We had a wonderful stay at this home! Check in was very easy, the house was clean and tidy when we arrived. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you may need. The location was an easy drive to Legoland and shopping. Communication with the owner was amazing, anything we needed they were there!! Would stay again!

We enjoyed the house and location.The pool was a plus.we had a big Easter dinner,and everything we needed as far as pots ,pans and cooking utensils were available for use.Our stay was memorable. THANK YOU!

We found multiple bedrooms with bed bugs on our second night at the property. To make matters worse, the owners knew of the issue, trusted the problem had been remediated but never checked the property out themselves. We simply turned over mattresses and box springs and the problem became very apparent. I’m not sure how they checked to make sure the problem was solved but it didn’t take much effort. A very poorly managed issue and owners wanting to “make it right” by offering free nights at this same property. I wouldn’t let my worst enemy stay here. We lost out on 1 day of Disney, which isn’t cheap, due to making other arrangements for another property, packing all our stuff and moving. Owner suggested we “extend our stay”. Maybe they don’t have jobs or kids in school but that was not an option for us. To the owners of this property…you want to make it right, reimburse us on our Disney costs for one day or stop telling us you want to make this right by offering more free nights at this property. I do not see how you can even begin to remotely justify this as a worthy solution. Thanks for ruining our family vacation.
I would attach the pictures of pillows we found in the trash and of the bed bugs if VRBO allowed it but they don’t. We had children staying here. If this were my property, I would’ve been on a flight to make sure the issue was resolved because an issue like this is SERIOUS so take it seriously and stop putting renters in harms way. Please avoid this place!!!

Thank you for allowing us to share your home. It worked out wonderfully for our entire group.It is an amazing golf course, friendly staff, and the new range area is awesome. Location was ideal. Walking to and from the course was simple (and necessary after our post-golf visits to the clubhouse). The house was excellent as well. We enjoyed the patio/pool area, watched some sports on the outstanding hugeTV, and cooked some great meals on the grill and in the kitchen. We had every pan, pot, and utensil needed...which has not always been the case on this golf trip (we are approaching 30 years). It was so nice to have a pool that was nice and warm as the temperature cooled in the evening. Thanks again for everything...the consensus was that we would like to come back next year

We had a family trip planned to attend a wedding in Haines city. The house worked out perfectly for our large group! And the home is located on a beautiful golf course which allowed us to also get out and enjoy some golf during our trip. The communication with the host was outstanding! The pool area is very large and right along the 17th fairway of the golf course. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a work retreat and this place was perfect. Everyone had their own bedroom, kitchen and pool area is large for meals and socializing. Most of the time we had 8-10 people and it was very comfortable. The location is great also, with the golf course right in the backyard.

House was perfect for large family stay, 6 adults 4 children. We went for Legoland but enjoyed our time at the house more. :)
It has everything you need and is conviently located near stores and restaurants. Owner responded quickly to questions and concerns.

This is our 7th year staying and playing at Southern Dunes. This may be our favorite house yet. Easily fit 10 of us, and is a short walk/drive from the clubhouse. Dana and her husband are great and very responsive! We already booked this house again for next year!

Great house for our 11th consecutive golf “buddy trip” to Southern Dunes. Only a couple of very minor issues, which the owner addressed/resolved immediately. Hoping to return next year!

This Park Place house was as welcoming in real life as it was in the pictures. We have a large family with several young married couples and some high school and college age. They loved the house, plenty of comfortable beds and baths. Wonderful pool area that almost always had people hanging out in hot tub or lounging on the comfortable pool furniture. Kitchen worked great for serious cooking and was a great space. Owners instructions and info about area were clear and attitude was relaxed and inviting! Loved it!

It was a perfectly sized house for our group- 7 bedrooms and two living spaces. With most of us from the North, the pool and hot tub and large deck for lounging was the best! The house had all that we needed.

From day 1 booking VRBO kept me up to date about my stay, check-in requirements, hosts and property guidelines. My host MS Dana was so lovely and quick with responses. I requested a later check-out and she accommodated my family no problem and did everything she could to make our stay a home away from home. 5 stars all the way!

Everything you would need in one place. Great location, house was fully stocked and clean. Pool was amazing. Had a little hiccup with the AC but had great communication with the owners and it was taken care of. Great family home!

Wonderful home with plenty of room for our party of 14. The home is located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood and was equipped with everything we needed. The newly expanded lanai made the pool area even more enjoyable. Dana was quick to respond to our questions and working with her was a pleasure.

As long as you were on the lower level of this villa it was OK but the upstairs area was hotter than hell and outlets upstairs didn’t work in some rooms, water temp on upstairs bathroom was hard to adjust and not enough parking.

Only problem was flies from trash somehow get through the screen to the pool area. But it seems to be a problem in the whole area as the flies snd yellow jackets were even worse at community pool. Other than that it was perfect! Better than pictures!
