The location was perfect, lots of seating area around the house for having a BBQ/ games night after a day at the beach, we also loved the outdoor shower!

Our only issue was as there is no air conditioning the downstairs was hot of an evening and as we couldn’t open doors to let a draft in as there are no fly screens on the doors and the mosquitoes would have come in, we did open all the windows with the screens but it was still very stuffy. Regarding upstairs, The 2 bedrooms with ceiling fans were comfortable to sleep in but the room with the standing fan was way too hot, the fan hardly moved any air.

How easy and convenient it was for customers like us to book the venue and be accommodated so nicely.

Location is superb

Next to no amenity on arrival. Pepper and Salt was about it. Not even a cloth to wipe benches

- very close to the beaches in Jervis Bay - facilities provided at the property - I asked for a late check out and this was promptly granted

- Nothing to complain about really
