They were rude and stole from me

the staff were friendly, check in and check out was very fast. great price for simple room for an overnight stay

Comfortable bed

Did not have any breakfast there. Nothing!!

Room very dirty. Infested with flies. There was about a thousand in the bathroom. We could not use it.

The handicap room is very nice. Walk in shower. The rooms are very clean.

The pillows. Bed cover was pretty but very slippery.

Bed was super comfortable. Room was clean.

The check in clerk sent us to the wrong part of the building for room 307. She didn't know the layout of the building. When we ask her to help us find the room, she was very rude.

The water got nice and hot. The location was okay.

The door to our room wouldn't close all the way, at the top of the door it was like it had been kicked in. There was black mold growing on the wall as u walk into the room. The room wasnt cleaned good at all, there was shoes, teady bear, clothes left from the last person that had stayed in that room. We turned the heat up to 85 degrees and it wouldn't get warm even throughout the entire night.

The front desk staff are friendly, courteous and helpful.

The house keeping staff, one individual particular, was rude and discourteous.. They didn't speak English and were very sharp and slow to respond to my request even though they had supplies on their cart. They neglected to leave toilet paper and kleenex twice and the towels they left were stained and gray. I got towels from the office and missing supplies twice. I was not rude nor discourteous to him.

Parking.

the front desk would give us nothing extra. we had spilled something on our bottom sheet on the bed. we asked if we could have just a bottom sheet. they didn’t have an extra at the moment but said they would send it down. same answer all night. i understand it was our fault, but felt it was a small ask. just go prepared to not need anything extra at all

In our toilet there was 4 batteries that looked like they been there forever! Which was weird because how rhey cleaning and didn't see that. I had my husband put on gloves and fish them out bexause how can u poop and they flush properly Smh

location was convenient to our needs

dirty, flying bugs in the bathroom and bedroom, asked for a different room and lady at the desk on Sunday Oct 9 at 10 AM didn’t care and lied to us and said the motel was full for Saturday and Sunday; easy to see that it wasn’t! had to ask for toilet tissue every day; stained towels, two tiny pieces of soap for 4 days; almost nonexistent breakfast; muffins and cold cereal and today no milk for cereal.

The inside was so nice. The decor was very pretty!

Outside parking lot a bit rough.

Location to town

There were little black Flys everywhere in myroom and spiders all over the room it was dusty on the vents and ceiling.

the guy who checked me in was so nice and very thorough, my room was clean, it was peaceful.

the fridge kinda smelled funny and wasn’t as cold as it should have been despite me trying to adjust the temp. i was only there one night otherwise it may have been an issue but it was fine.
