Toilet was inoperable at check in. I had to fix the toilet to get it to flush. Bed bugs. I sat in the chair at the desk and when I leaned back it fell over, landing me on the floor. What looks like urine stains on the bathroom floor.

Everyone was so rude. There was nothing I liked.

Staff was rude, at the breakfast the milk was bad and cereal was stale.

The staff are incredibly rude. We had a 5 night stay. We requested no housekeeping but was told it was required. We used the language cart and before we could unload our stuff the room phone was ringing and Staff was demanding We bring it back stating we couldn't keep it in the room. We had it a total of 10 mins. I would understand the urgency if someone had be waiting to use it. One morning my husband decided to make toast from the provided breakfast and was immediately told by staff that he wasn't allowed to bring it to the room "there is no food allowed in rooms" was what he was told. I guess the fridge and the microwave in the room is just for looks. Then after check out we where charged $68 more then what the total was supposed to be. It appears we where charged for the first night twice. However the staff insisted that we where wrong and the charges were correct.

Breakfast was muffins, yogurt, cereal and waffles. It was ok.

The room was dirty. Food and dirt were in the side table drawers and at the desk. We just lived out of our bags bc we didn't even want to put our clothes in the drawers. Tables weren't wiped down, it just wasn't clean.

Comfortable room that I felt safe in. Everything in the room worked as it should.

Somewhat onerous rule about not having any guests in your room or you would be kicked out.

The staff was friendly and helped me get just the right room.

Web site was out of date (expected to wear masks in common areas). We were told we could not have friends come up to our room. We couldn't take breakfast foods to our rooms. I think there was something on that web site that said we needed a "cash" deposit for damages...I wasn't sure what I was getting into. Left turn on busy road to exit motel towards downtown Morganton..no light there.
