Amazing home with wonderful amenities. Kitchen well stocked with utensils and dinnerware. Property owner is extremely nice and accommodating. Location was great and the subdivision is beautiful.

7th Inning Stretch is was just the perfect house! It's in a lovely area, and Tiffani is the perfect hostess. A golf cart's ride away from the beach, the store, food, and shopping-you really don't want for anything. We enjoyed riding the available bikes, and the backyard beautiful. We enjoyed our family vacation so much, and recommend this property 100%.

This property is the best property I have stayed at along 30A. It was very clean, had extra amenities, and was convenient to all things 30A. It fit our family size perfectly. Tiffany was awesome! She was very responsive to questions during our stay. The bike path is very close to the beach- we rode bikes to the beach several days. We would definitely stay here again!

5 adults and 4 kiddos, plenty of space for all and we enjoyed every square foot. Quiet time in the living room, Phase 10 at the dining table, kids watching tv in the sitting area right off the kitchen, oh and the kitchen 💜💜💜 tons of space to work in and very well equipped . Enjoyed the very comfortable outdoor furniture with coffee, tea and a good book in the mornings. The back yard is spectacular! Bedrooms are spacious with very comfy beds and plenty of pillows. Location - excellent; a short walk to the pool, a splendid bike or golf cart ride to the beach and the grocery store right outside the neighborhood. Oh and did I mention Tiffany the owner? She is the best owner I’ve worked with renting vacation properties. Clearly she has put a lot of thought into the needs of her guests and she was very quick to respond to any questions. Do yourself a favor and and enjoy the 7th Inning Stretch 😃

Our first impression of the 7th Inning Stretch was how much thoughtful details the owners put in. We had an adorable welcome packet featuring local information and some great goodies. The property was very clean and decorated perfectly for a beach house. The back porch was a delight to sit on and relax after a day at the beach and pool. I highly recommend this property and hope to stay there again soon.

Tiffany was such a gracious, helpful, timely, and clear communicator who made getting ready for our stay a breeze! Her place is beautiful and in a very quiet area that fits her description perfectly. We were so grateful to be able to stay and would definitely go back!

This home was so perfect for our 2 teenagers and adults. The home was super clean and beautifully decorated including the backyard. Everything we needed and more was supplied. Tiffany was always happily available for my questions. The golf cart and bicycles were the icing on the cake. We would love to come back again!

Loved the 7th Inning Stretch! It had everything we needed! The older kids enjoyed the bikes and golf cart and the younger ones had a blast playing bocce ball in the backyard. It was the perfect vacation spot for our family.

This property was everything and more. It was beautiful inside and out. The location was great for our family with small kids as we were close to the beach but were able to use the pool, go for walks and play at the park. Communication with the property owner has been above and beyond wonderful. We are so excited to return next year.

What a beautiful home and hospitality we enjoyed on our stay for the week located in Nature Walk! We had such the best time as this house literally has everything you need. Conveniently located in a quiet and friendly community, we enjoyed the pool area and basketball courts as well as the bike trails every day. The house is near multiple beach access areas that are easy to get to on bikes or golf cart, as well as being super close to Seaside Village. Not only was the house welcoming and comfortable, but the features our family loved included a golf cart, bikes, beach chairs and toys, multiple smart TVs and fully equipped kitchen for family meals. Tiffany is the most gracious and warm host and we are so glad she shared her house with us. We cannot wait to come back down and stay at 7th Inning Stretch again.

This was our third visit to Santa Rosa Beach and the NatureWalk neighborhood, but our first time in this home. Everything was exceptional...my family declared this home our favorite ever...and we will be back!!! Every detail was covered and we loved the entire home, the backyard oasis, the many porches and outdoor spaces, the bikes, and the golf cart! Tiffany was so easy to work with and she made sure we had everything we needed. The entire experience was completely seamless! Can't wait to return!!!

We (husband and I) surprised our 3 young children with a week-long stay at 7th Inning Stretch. We drove from TX and they thought we would stay at a Hilton (our norm go-to). BUT, this time we decided to give them a different experience. I was raised in FL, this was the experience needed for our kiddos. When we pulled into the drive-way, they were SO excited!!! They piled out out of the family roadster and RAN up the front porch steps. As soon as Daddy let them in, we could only hear racing footsteps up the stairs, with screams of claiming their bunks. We spent the week in every space of the home. Everything that we needed, was there. The Host (Tiffany) is wonderful. She was sure to have everything prepared for our arrival and stay. The pictures do not give you a full representation of this home. It is lovely and perfect for a family or those seeking a clean, designer shore decor, convenient (to the beach, grocery, shopping, Seaside, and restaurants) comfortable and well-appointed stay. We are grateful.

Everything was great and exactly as described. House was really nice, clean, and well appointed. The golf cart was extremely convenient and well maintained. The beds were some of the most comfortable we have ever slept in. Tiffany was very responsive and fantastic to work with. Would absolutely stay again.

The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need and the owners have gone above and beyond by providing all of the beach toys, chairs, games you could possible want! We loved everything about this house! We enjoyed the fire pit, bocce ball, bikes, and golf cart! Beds were sooo comfortable. Very clean. Loved all the porches. Public beach access around the corner with bathrooms. Great location...golf cart ride to seaside and other places for dinner and breakfast. My kids could safely ride bikes daily. My boys loved basketball courts. Pool awesome. Tiffany was so kind and great to communicate with! Go get hot cinnamon rolls at Black Bear Bread Co. Get steamed crab legs and shrimp and Goatfeathers! Wonderful memories made!

My family and I had such an amazing stay at 7th Inning Stretch! Tiffany was probably the most responsive host we've ever had the pleasure of working with. She was quick to respond with any kind of questions I had for her. Communication was A++! The house itself...pictures do not do it justice. It is in a very quiet neighborhood with a nice pool and a lap pool. The house is beautifully decorated with nice high end furniture and accessories. So many great details and thought was put into this house. The outdoor spaces including its screened in porch, 2 upstairs balconies and the gorgeous backyard were all beautiful. The outdoor shower was a plus! There were plenty of beach chairs, beach toys, boogie boards and umbrellas in the outdoor air conditioned closet. There was plenty of kitchen ware to cook with and serve dinner with. There was also a grill outside. There were TV'S all over the house. Plenty of towels and beach towels. We used the bicycles and the golf cart everyday to get to the beach and Publix. You can get to the beach by bike on Lily Lane (nature trail) in about 10 minutes. The golf cart ride to the beach was about 2.5 miles. This could be a negative for some but we didn't mind it because the golf cart made it so convenient. Using the bikes and golf cart to get around the area is always a plus, because everything is so close by. We would definitely book this house again! Thanks again for a great stay, Tiffany!

We had a wonderful week in Florida! We had a gorgeous home to retreat to after a fun day at the beach. Tiffany, the property manager was amazing and super responsive. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

This was by far the most beautiful house we have ever rented in Florida. Tiffany was very responsive to questions and even left her number for anything we needed. The house had screened in patios with a swing on the balcony. The backyard was beautiful with a fountain and vegetation as far as the eye can see. The house has a warm ambiance that makes you feel at home away from home. The parents and kids had a great timing hanging out at the house and taking the golf cart to the beach and driving to get ice cream just a mile or so down the street. We will definitely look for this home again the next time we plan a trip to Florida.

We've spent many years vacationing along 30A but this was our first time staying in NatureWalk. The house was gorgeous, spacious and offered so much for our group of teens and adults. The golf cart and bikes make it easy to get to the beach, grocery and to restaurants and shops in Seaside and Watercolor. The teens loved the porch swing on the second floor and the bocce ball court in the backyard. The neighborhood is well maintained with two pools, fire pits, basketball, sand volleyball and pickleball. There was something for everyone! Tiffany was great to work with....very responsive and answered all of our questions. The house had everything you could need from kitchen essentials to books/ games to beach gear (including chairs and umbrellas). We enjoyed every second of our vacation and would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed the stay, have stayed in many houses along panhandle and this was my favorite. Loved the sitting area off kitchen and backyard. Teens played a lot of cornhole and enjoyed sitting by fire pit in evenings. The part of beach with food trucks is a quick golf cart ride away, I suggest ordering online and by the time you get there, order will likely be ready. We are used to vacationing in Cape San Blas with very uncrowded beaches and found the beaches nearest the house to be packed. We preferred the extra 5 min drive to Grayton Beach St Park (entrance free thru Labor Day). It has an easy beach access, a shower, and restrooms. We also enjoyed riding in our own vehicle through state forests. Traffic leaving area was heavy at check out time and added quite a bit to our travel time, I suggest leaving by 8am if you have a ways to get home. Before you buy any beach toys, check out the closet, many boogie boards, beach chairs, basketball, frisbee, cornhole, pickle ball, beach toys, and cooler. We will definitely return!

Overall great experience from the very beginning to end. Highly recommend. Great amenities with great location .Grocery store,beach,and most destinations are close. Most within 10 mins with their golf cart. Great memories were made and would go back without hesitation.

My family and I absolutely loved this property, inside and out. I only wish we could have stayed longer. This was by far the best place we have stayed in years (and maybe ever)! Tiffany was a dream to work with— always super helpful and prompt with her responses. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a great time at 7th Inning Stretch! This was our 2nd stay in the Naturewalk Community. Tiffany was very responsive with any questions we had! The house is even more beautiful in person! The porches and the backyard were so relaxing! We will be back!

We loved everything about this house. It had lots of space, was immaculate, and included just about everything you can think of to make your beach vacation amazing and relaxing. The owners were VERY responsive to our questions and you can certainly tell they take great pride in having a vacation rental property. If we stay in Seagrove again, I would definitely rent this house again!

This was our first time in the area and loved the location. The home is very well appointed with many sitting areas both inside and outside. The home was very clean with awesome hardwood floors. We loved the screened in porches, backyard area and comfortable living rooms. The outdoor fire pit and bocce ball court was a hit. The included golf cart was super enjoyable with short drives to Publix, restaurants and the beach. We're already planning to return next year!

This home was fantastic! Beautifully decorated, clean and spacious. Pictures are accurate, although in reality it was bigger and more comfortable than expected. The owner was very responsive and answered all our questions promptly. We had zero issues during our stay. All our past beach vacations where always on the beach or within a block of the beach, this was the first time we were inland a mile or so. It was not an issue. There is a path that goes directly to the beach from Nature Walk for walking or taking a bike, or a short 5 minute drive. We saw the pool in the neighborhood, but the beach was so close we never even made it over to the pool! I liked the peacefulness of the neighborhood vs. the noise, traffic, people and hustle of 30A. Will definitely return.
