Communication with Kelly was excellent, from booking to the conclusion of our stay. The house was immaculate and exactly as advertised, with lots of room for our family of four to spread out. Dining alfresco on our balcony with a gorgeous view of the ocean was a perfect conclusion to a busy day of sightseeing and adventures. The kitchen is pretty well stocked, so we were able to cook easily and hire a chef to cook for us one evening. Golf cart rental is a must to get around the Peninsula. Kelly was able to provide recommendations and contacts to help make our stay pretty seamless.

We absolutely loved our stay in Costa Rica and cannot speak more highly of our accommodations and host! The property was better than advertised and had views you could enjoy forever! Even with 11 people, ages 6 months to 60, we always felt like we had plenty of space and rooms to accommodate everyone comfortably! The house was stocked with everything a guest could need with attention to small details that other comparable properties may overlook. The property manager, Kelly, was so easy to work with and wanted to ensure we had a great stay. She had wonderful local recommendations and was responsive to any question or request. We will definitely visit this property again and would highly recommend it to family and friends!

Loved everything about the stay! The property was in immaculate condition and had everything we needed. Owner recommended an activity contact who got us a half day fishing trip absolutely last minute. Excellent space for 2 to 10. Highly recommend

Booked for family of 5 in july. Communication with owner before was outstanding. surprisingly comfortable. Mid 80s to low 90s. Low humidity, Guanacaste is dry tropical zone and driest province of Costa Rica. Green, no mosquito Condo is superb. larger than photos. Felt easily over 2500 sq ft. Rooms/baths are huge. 3 decks overlook pool and bay. Location is multi-million dollar view. Very private. Only ran into one person one day at shared semi-private pool. Papagayo peninsula is under considerable construction now due to $100 million renovation project. new Ritz Carlton property underway. 9 holes of golf course being redesigned too and not playable but 9 signature holes with views both sides were playable and jaw dropping. Prieta Beach club is exceptional. They charge $50/day per person, set up through a form with your name and credit card at front desk and bill you for use. All staff remembered us second day. Celeb pampering: Towels, lemon water, sunscreen, drinks, food. Everything is 5-star resort quality. restaurants on peninsula are bit tricky. Four Seasons favors their guests with tables only after 8pm and limited but dive bar at marina is excellent for a good burger + beer, and the restaurants at Prieta beach club and golf club house are very very good. Ever with “Best day ever tours” was just exceptional!!! took care of us like family! Every excursion planned perfect and absolutely epic!!!!! Gracias mi hermano! Pura Vida!

Well located within close access to 4 Seasons, beaches, marina etc. Beautiful pool on property. The Prieta Beach club which you have access to is amazing. Concierge level services same as a hotel are available as well.

We really enjoyed the condo and the overall experience was fantastic. The condo is clean and has amazing views- exactly as advertised. Kelly was very helpful with sharing tips and ideas for things to do. Highly recommend booking with Kelly.

First of all, we can not say enough good things about the hosts. Kelly, and her local team including Hazel and Ever, were incredible in terms of communication, advice and general assistance prior to and throughout the trip. The community of Peninsula Papagayo is unlike any other place we have stayed both in terms of beauty and amenities. The Prieta Bay Beach Club was a highlight of the trip, so make sure you find enough time to spend there. The food and atmosphere at the local restaurants (Dive Bar, Nemare, Olas...) is wonderful, as well. Other great activities on the peninsula include boat outings, golf, pickleball, tennis and surfing. Everyone who works there and everyone we met in Costa Rica was helpful, friendly and happy. The property, itself, is spectacular and in the most incredible and private setting overlooking the bay and the private pool. It is beautifully appointed and convenient, and we would highly recommend having golf carts to get around (no need for a car). The bunk bed setup is also very cool, especially if you have a number of kids in your group. Finally, the local guide, Ever, is one in a million and helped arrange some trips that we'll never forget, so please make sure to use him if you go. Can't say enough about the trip or the property. We will be back.

The property was just as advertised. Great space, comfortable furniture, comfy beds, nicely appointed and well stocked. The location was perfect and the host was very helpful. We rented two golf carts for our stay which was convenient and a lot of fun. We did a few excursions with their recommended guide and they were also five star. The community pool right outside the condo was another benefit. I highly recommend.

This villa is exactly as you see in the pictures, beautiful & space for all to enjoy. We love the location, close to the beach club & for us across the street from the golf course. Kelly & the team at Papagayo are there to answer any questions & very prompt to assist if needed. There are many activities to enjoy, such as jet skiing & zip lining. We stayed here for an event we attended at the Four Seasons. From start to finish this was a perfect trip. I can’t say enough about Ruddy and how helpful she was, to the absolute beauty of the property and area. Hands down the most perfect and memorable trip all around. Thank you Dell family!

My husband, and two teenage daughters had a wonderful stay at Kelly's place. The condo is beautiful, clean, has comfortable beds and blankets, and a stocked kitchen. Any additional items one may need can be handled by concierge or by Ever. The beach club, even during the peak holiday season, did not feel crowded, has amazing food, a beautiful gym, convenient work/study space, and a spa. We loved our stay. Thanks so much for opening up your place to us!

We loved our trip to papagayo. The peninsula is stunning and there is so much to do there and beyond. The condo was just as it looked in the pictures. Very clean with daily housekeeping. We were able to get around to everything we needed in golf carts or the free e-bikes on the peninsula. We ate at the Four Seasons and the Prieta Beach Club. The beach club was fabulous. Great food and service, stunning beach, pools, gym and spa. Sunsets there were amazing. The concierge and tour guide arranged food delivery, dinner reservations, pickle ball, excursions, a day on a boat, etc. We hope to be back again soon!

The condo is wonderful, really spacious and nicely decorated and clean. The location is perfect and the view is truly magnificent. It was easy to get around with the golf cart and to organize trips that were a lot of fun! The host is great and hospitable and the concierge easily available.

I can not wait to go back. I had expected the condo to be beautiful, but it was not only beautiful it was heaven on earth! Kelly was so kind and set us up with Ever (who is also wonderful) for pick-up and help with excursions. We had so much fun in and out of Papagayo. He, Kelly and Hazel took very good care of us. For my first visit to Costa Rica with children, I felt safe and well guided. The condo was very clean, well managed, and very well stocked. 5 stars and I highly recommend staying here! Worth the splurge.

My family of 4 stayed there in March, 2022. We've been to Papagayo before and this was a great place to stay within the gated community. We rented both golf carts and they were essential to getting around. Papagayo is a very high end five-star location and this home fits right in. We usually had breakfast at the four seasons and lunch at Prieto.

Couldn’t recommend this condo enough! You get exactly what is described and it is even nicer than in the pictures. The concierge was excellent and attended to all our requests in the best manner. The apartment is full of amenities and has everything you will need on your trip. We can’t wait to go back!

I don't normally write online reviews...but after coming home I realized I was gushing to friends about our trip and where we stayed, so I felt I needed to give a shout out... We had such a great time in this condo! First impressions when we walked in...open and airy and so pretty. It was also immaculate! Started every day with coffee on the back terrace overlooking the bay, watching the sun rise. We loved Prieta Beach Club! We swam, had lunch on the beach (great food there!). Golf cart rental is a must...so much fun and best way to get around the peninsula. The location of this condo is perfect - central to everything - restaurants, tennis and golf, beaches. The bedrooms are spacious ... and there is a bunk bed room that is just awesome! Kitchen was set up ideal. Housekeeping daily. Hosts were super helpful in making our stay easy and seamless. They responded to all questions quickly and were proactive in suggesting activities and providing resources to make our stay just perfect. Totally recommend staying here. 😊 Pura Vida!

Kelly's place is wonderful and the building manager is amazing. We had a wonderful time with perfect weather, great views, etc. The building manager was able to coordinate tours, golf carts, shuttles when needed and immediately resolve any unknowns that popped up (hardly any). I'd definitely book this place again and well worth it.

This property is a gem. It’s immaculate and so thoughtfully stocked. The location is perfect for enjoying the Peninsula Papagayo. Rent the golf carts and enjoy it to the fullest! Kelly responded right away and she was so helpful as I planned our trip. The mattresses are very comfortable and everyone slept well. It feels like a well-cared for home - not a rental property. This is the best vacation rental I’ve experienced; everything is top-notch. Providing access to Prieta Beach Club is a fabulous amenity - go and enjoy massages on the beach! I cannot say enough good things about this villa. I just hope to return soon!

We had an absolutely wonderful week staying in this condo. It had everything we needed and more!! It is beautiful, clean and extra spacious for my family of 5, and the kids loved the bumper pool!!! The area of resorts and the beach club the condo has access to is a huge perk! We loved Prieta Beach Club and enjoyed lunch at the Four Seasons as well. Definitely rent the golf carts as we used them all over the area to eat, go to the beach club, the gym and to meet our boat at the nearby beach. We stopped for some groceries and coffee on our way from the airport and are glad we did to have snacks and options at the condo. Kelly was so sweet, responsive and great to work with and Ever set up all of our excursions and fun. Ever goes above and beyond and was just a text away when our flight home was canceled and we needed to find a ride and hotel for the night. We stayed for 5 nights and will definitely be back!!!

We had a wonderful time at this home. The location was beautiful with so many things to do and a fantastic beach club. The house itself was large, well decorated and had a full kitchen and barbecue. We enjoyed the ability to make our own breakfasts and barbecue on the deck in the evening. Maid and concierge service made it feel like a real holiday over renting an air b&b. We enjoyed the star gazing one evening but some of the other activities were already booked when we arrived. I recommend organizing some excursions in advance. If you feel like making the drive, Ginger restaurant is a great experience too!

5 Stars all around! We cannot recommend this condo enough. We made a last-minute decision to visit Costa Rica right before the holidays, knowing there would be very few options to find a property to suit our needs. We were blown away by how amazing this condo turned out to be. It was meticulous and highly organized. The views from the balcony were fabulous, and the wildlife we saw from afar added a unique element. Kelly, the owner, was very responsive to our questions and ensured we had everything we needed. The concierge service (Ruddy) was fabulous too. We made arrangements to have groceries delivered before our arrival, which was very helpful after a long day of travel. The unit has everything you might need while away from home—the extra beds in the 3rd bedroom (bunk room) were perfect for additional guests if you were to have any. Our family of four had more than enough space. A poker table provided many nights of family cards and a bumper pool. We were spoiled rotten! In addition to all the many features of this condo, the peninsula is easy to navigate by golf cart. Evening star gazing is a must! The icing on the cake was when we connected with a tour and adventure company called The Best Day Ever! Ever is an owner and such a fantastic and fun host. His laugh is infectious! We ended up booking four different tours through him and saw so much of Costa Rica and learned so much more about the culture and people of the country. Thanks to the accommodations and tour arrangements, our family had one of the best vacations ever on this trip. Thank you, Kelly, Ruddy, and Ever! We cannot wait to return next year!
