Great location by the beach, clean, and they offer beach and bath towels which was great. Parking was super easy and the pool is absolutely lovely including a light to make night swimming a lot of fun. Price is right for sure. Pros outweigh the cons, but of note - The listing was wrong in that the property does not have a dryer for guest use, which we had counted on, and had to fly home with wet clothing. The beds were super worn down/sloped on both sides. Overall, would stay again!!

We had two rooms for this visit. One for us and another for my parents (in their 80s) Marilyn was incredibly helpful with identifying which rooms were first floor and availability. Had a great time. Our second visit at this property.

The property was a few blocks from my brother, which was perfect for celebrating his birthday! We used the beach towels provided to swim in the Atlantic Ocean and the pool! Very quiet spot and we appreciated the fridge and microwave for easy breakfasts. Would love to come back!

The place was clean, bright and in a great location. Pool was also very clean. I would have liked to have a dresser for clothing but otherwise great.

The beach is a short 1 block, very safe walk away from the room. The photo is a bit deceiving in the ad because it is a single room and bathroom - just like a hotel room. It was clean, towels were provided for the beach too which was really nice to not have to worry about bringing towels. The pool is clean and well maintained. It is a very small complex so quiet and not many people (which we liked).

Very nice place. Parking was a problem as there are 10 rooms with 9 places and 1 handicap. 4 of the spaces were too small to get in and out.

First time staying in the area. Wonderful area with plenty of dining near the beach which was in walking distance. Great brick paved walking areas along the beach (with dim lights for walking at night). Vibrant night life that is laid back and not tooo rowdy (which we like). Room was clean and well kept. No work desk for my computer which made it hard to work on (used the bed). Rooms on smaller side. Mattress did not work well for my body. Great area. Hope to go back.

The location was amazing. Problems with parking upon arrival. No parking space available. The beds were very uncomfortable. If the beds were better this would be a great place to come back to.

Beautifully and newly decorated.and spotless, However, being a no touch check in, with no staff on site, left some things, like figuring out how to use locks and tv (no cable, Roku only) frustrating. Having seen the limited, but adequate parking, I understood better the no outside guest rule, but thing an explanation and allowing visitors who park off site, would have been better.

We enjoyed our stay a lot! Very clean and well organized! Within walking distance to the Beach! We loved it and will come back!

This is a great place and the other people staying there were very nice. The owners were very communicative and easy to deal with. A very economical and clean place to stay that’s a block from the beach and the fun bars. We’ll be back and we Definitely recommend!!

Cons was room seemed smaller than a average hotel rooms. The mattress was super thin for me but I’m also a plus size woman. Bed frames was not attached to head boards, so the beds moved. Other than that everything was good.

The room was very clean and modern. The location was great. It is a block from the ocean. They have beach chairs and beach towels. Will definitly be staying there in the future.

Seriously, I booked because it says "laudry service" in the amenities services but they didn't offer that service. I spends 2 days without tv because it wasn't working and the beds are very unconfortable. Plus the walls are so thin that you hear everything from the person next door. Plus they don't clean your room and I asked for clean sheets and towels and I dot them 2 days later. I had to ask the maid for supplies to clean the floor myself. Last day, our next hotel did the check in at 3 pm so the staff told us that we needed to leave or they will call the authorities. I was already waiting for my uber and all my bas were outside the property. As if we were animals. Meanwhile another guest stepped out of his room saying that his tv wasn't working. I don't recommend the place!
