What a fantastic place we found to stay. Such a great location, close to the beach, lovely staff, the owner Peter is very kind and accommodating. Absolutely worth every penny. We will definitely be back.

We could be up till late with no complaints about noise. The pool was there for the kids and we could watch them.

Absolutely disappointed for the price we paid. We did let the owner know upon check-in to which he advised "these are antiques" which they are BUT it costs nothing to maintain the house and ensure its clean. We also msgd his PA & noted our concerns and asked if there was other accommodation that she could give us, she could not so we had to stay and make do! 1. The pictures on booking.com is not what you get when you get there. 2. There is no actual close up sea view, its in the distance from the upstairs balconies. 3. There is no communal toilet to use, you have to go into the bedrooms to use the toilet. 4. 15 of us, only 3 ppl could bath at a time due to the hot water running out so most of the time we had cold showers. 5. The cleanliness in the house was appaulling, its dusty and dirty. The outside furniture smells of dog as the dog that's on the property lies on it. The excuse we got when we complained was that we asked for an earlier check-in & they were still cleaning but we had to ask the helpers to clean the furniture and pool. The owner agreed to an early check-in he should of said the place won't be ready. 6. You cannot use the dishes or cutlery in the kitchen without washing it. Apart from it being very old. 7. Most of the beds are supported by cheap plank wood and iron structures. Not bases. My mum fell off one. 8. The ground floor bedroom bathroom does not have a door & the shower tiles are uneven so you cannot open the shower or the water gets into the bedroom. The sink tap you cannot use as the water comes out in droplets. There are also no curtains in this room so you are expected to sleep without it. No duvet in this room, a thin sheet to sleep on. 9. The fridge is outdated and unhygienic. Also does not close properly unless you give it a tug. The freezer next to it which was said to be the owners, leaks, so there is water on the floor & a towel placed on it.

This was a last minute booking and the host made an effort to accommodate my in-laws, for whom I booked this accommodation for. They were very pleased with the accommodation, facilities and friendliness of the team.
