Prima ligging tov het vliegveld. Vijf minuten lopen en een prachtig rustig strand met schone zee

Big room, easy parking place, waterfront brand new sun umbrellas and beds. Room cleaning and tidying every day. Welcome fruit and one bottled water offered in the mini fridge (no glasses/forks though). Staff very helpful and polite.
Almost everything seems to be neglected or worn out and needs maintenance/replacement.
So-called gardens are completely neglected.
The room, even though spacious, needs a renovation urgently. Bed/bedding not comfy. Bathroom needs the least a new shower cabin, let alone the rest of the fixtures which seem to be there since the 90s.
Breakfast is very basic.
Beach bar with extremely loud hit music since morning.

Quite possibly one of the worst rooms I’ve ever stayed in. I can’t believe they call this a 4* hotel.
Broken air extractions, paint chipped from the walls, mouldy sealers in the bathroom, bathroom hardware and woodwork eroded from the years of use. We couldn’t open the window because it smelled like cesspit outside. On top of all that we had to complain at 23:40 about noise as the hotel was hosting an event and they didn’t make sure that the noise from that wouldn’t affect the hotel guests.
The mattress are fairly comfortable, the staff were polite and pleasant and it is really convenient if one needs to be close to the airport but the whole hotels looks tired and in desperate need of renovation. We had a wonderful holiday otherwise but staying in this hotel before flying home left a bitter taste in our mouth.
Don’t advertise this as a 4* hotel when it hardly looks like a 2*

Bait and switch on the hotel. Only the garden condos were open, hotel closed. Restaurant HORRIBLE. and closed at 8 pm!! Pool area very very beautiful and beach and lounges lovely, but we booked a hotel, not a condo a 1/4 mile from beach

It was located far out of town which was fine. Close to airport which was good. Staff were very lovely and helpful. Room was very clean. Sandy beach was lovely but rough in the afternoons.
Bed was hideous and old. Decor was hideous stained and old. Air conditioning did not work all night. The pool was so overgrown with algae it was literally green! Even the rocks around it were green. None of the tables were clear and ashtrays left full from night before on the beachfront.

Very nice location and kind staff . Spacious room fit for family. Top is the swimming pool. The property is fitted to families that need to have everything close like beach, swimming pool, restaurant and rooms.
Hotel needs a bit upgrade and modernisation.

On arrival, the reception area is large, breezy with shiny floors and tasteful furnishings. The receptionist was also very friendly and welcoming. We were taken to our room which was a family room offered to us at no extra cost. It had 2 balconies, one small and the other from which you could just see the sea. The swimming pool area was spacious with plenty of recliners and shaded couches. The pool was child friendly with a very shallow end. On the beach was a regiment of umbrellas and sun beds. A friendly girl was on hand to take your drinks order.
The room's air conditioning was struggling to cope with it's task! It was a long room so 2 units would be more appropriate as we had in the accommodation we had just left. The dining experience! - oh dear! I would rate it worse than the poorest taverna. From the appearance of the hotel, our expectations of a pleasant dinner were raised. So it was all the more disappointing to get a table near the beach, given a basic menu by a surly 'waiter' who hardly spoke. The food I had was dry. It was perhaps not too surprising that there were not many guests there, and they probably went elsewhere to eat!

There is a very large pool, and nice breakfast outside on the terrace. The owner and the rest of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Very close to the airport, definitely worth it to stay there if you just need somewhere to crash to catch an early flight in the morning. It is right on the beach and they have the usual setup of chairs and a beach bar. Good value for money.
The whole place has a very strange vibe, like it was abandoned in the 90s and just a few people stuck around to run it. I normally don't care what people wear at work but it's a bit jarring when you see these pictures of a very grand looking resort and arrive to an empty lobby to be checked in on a phone app (there is no credit card machine) by a teenager in track suit bottoms. Our room, which was in one of the adjacent buildings, definitely needed upgrading - the shower was partly broken, the bedding was old (and the top comforters, which were shiny gold, had some stains on them). Again they were all very nice and friendly people but I think the pictures give an impression of a lively and modern place when it is definitely in need of some updating.
