I loved the location and the suite had everything you need.

Great location, close to the beach, town center, restaurants and coffee. Bedding was nice and comfortable, but a little on the soft side. The kitchenette was a nice addition if you need it, good fridge. Overall plenty of space for a couple with minimal needs.

Be advised, the bath is very very small. No where to hang your bath towels. No counter space and very little cabinet space. We would recommend installing a mirrored cabinet over the sink to put personal toiletries in and a couple of towel racks. The water closet actually has a triangle tank to fit in the bath and partially blocks the shower ingress/egress. Totally doable but maybe an issue if you are full size or of large stature. The shower water was warm but never hot, and the hot water ran out after a short shower by one. Maybe a water heater upgrade is in order. The HVAC (split units) apparently cannot handle handle lower temps w/o freezing up as signage indicates not to adjust too low (under 75 degrees I believe), or you will be liable for damage. No concise operation instructions were found so we just turned them off. Be advised, the pool is not heated in the winter months.

We loved the location!!

The property is old and needs a spruce. Things like the terrible mildew/musty smell and simple things like filling in the gap at the front door where you can’t see daylight and don’t lose any precious A/C!

steps from the beach and a few minutes walk to restaurants bars and shopping. basically the location is the best thing about this place.

shower was dirty had hair all over the wall. ceiling fans broken. having to keep the air set at 75 with no ceiling fans is bs in Florida! if the air conditioning unit is going to be damaged for turning it down that’s a property issue not a guest issue…update your unit! the bed was so hard and uncomfortable. the place is dusty and needs a full deep clean!! I cleaned the pool myself but the next day there was a tampon applicator floating in it…disgusting. also garbage along the fence inside the pool area. this place could be so great but it’s not well maintained or clean! also the signs in the place say to run the dish washer…there is no dishwasher! update your signs to match the facilities!! For it being as small as it is there should be no reason to be that dusty and dirty! Do better!!!

The air conditioner works well. The location is awesome.

Unstable stairs up to the apartment: slanting downward..felt ready to give way at any moment. The keypad on the door does not function. Had a difficult time opening the lock box. No cold water from the taps..warm only. No kleenex, Thermostat will not cool below 70 degrees. Window blinds in the living room would not close all the way. Was told they would be fixed ASAP and no one ever came to fix them. TV not working upon arrival. Had to wait a day before maintenance came by. No batteries in the DVD remote, so unable to watch a movie. There was mold/mildew on the shower caddy. The management team were slow to respond (via text, email and phone calls) and had no consideration for my needs.

the cottage was in a perfect location literally steps from the beach!! Loved it!

Only stayed a couple of days. so not enough to give feed back. maybe allow the patrons stay parked there till 1:00pm since check in is not till 4:00pm

Service was responsive to my questions promptly.

Condo was in need of some work. Bathroom was dismal and had to fix the handle on the toilet multiple times. Sheets seemed either stained or dirty. If I didn’t have the beach access I did I wouldn’t stay again. One spoon in the drawer.

Liked the pool and the proximity to the beach and town. Liked that it was very quaint-only 4 units-people were all very nice!

The LOCK BOX TO GET THE KEYS OUT WERE A STRUGGLE...the people staying in the room next to us also struggled. We tried for a half hour to get lock box opened, tried the electronic pass code on the door and that unfortunately, didn't work for us...we needed the keys out of the lock box...so after several broken nails we got it to open. Neighbors had the same issue...but their electronic code worked-they didn't use their keys. We flew to Sarasota and got a ride to the place... so trying to open the lock box was very FRUSTRATING to say the least. Glad we didn't arrive during the night! No beach chairs unless you rummaged through a pile of items left by past renters-pot luck no umbrella. The grill...not sure about cooking on it..We are pretty basic people and prefer a charcoal grill-which this place offers, but this one has been around for awhile ..very rusted..very rusted. Rented the Studio and the door opens up to the street and your bed is right there in front of door as soon as you open it. I would consider maybe "re-arranging" the lay out? There is a huge closet in this studio which I would say no need for that space consumed with a closet - you really can't use the closet as it has a very large dresser inside of it. I would dump the dresser and small up the closet and open up that space. Re arrange the layout. Very basic amenities..no gas grill, beach chairs, boogie board, umbrella, steak knives etc. All in all...not a bad place to stay..but as I said, very basic cottage.
