I booked this space for four family traveling to Bridgton from NC. I live across the street, but could not accommodate this many in my place, so I booked this place. I knew this development, as I walked through it often over the past few years and thought it would be acceptable. I’m sorry to say that it was awful for them and I feel terrible! And I paid for this scam! Much of this is on the non-responsive owner. The beds were apparently so bad that no one could sleep all night. There was a back deck with a bunch of broken plastic chairs and only one could be used. So tacky! There is a front deck that we across the street (I live in development across the street), heard are not safe due to rot and instability, but in this unit, there was only a sign saying “don’t use this deck!” and the door to access the deck was not locked! I had to stop my 75 year old parent from walking out in this deck as it’s not safe!! This is really shameful that these “owners” rent out these places to somehow make a profit but don’t care about safety at all. Major construction is going on at Pleasant Mountain Ski Resort over the summer, but the owner “doesn’t really know about it.” The whole experience is really disgusting. Elizabeth, grow up enough to pay your own property taxes and don’t allow other unsuspecting fools help you to pay your taxes for you! And if you can’t afford it, sell the dump!

We had a great time in Bridgton! Condo was beautiful and very clean. Plenty of room for the 5 of us traveling. Would definitely go back!

I have been a guest at the condo many times in all four seasons. Elizabeth is an impeccable host. The property is very comfortable, well appointed, flawlessly clean, minutes to downtown Bridgton with many great restaurants and has a wonderful slope side deck for winding down at the end of the day. This was our 3rd winter staying at the condo and it has become a family tradition. It is absolutely perfect for young families and kids. The condo is super clean and set up well for a group of kids and families. We cannot wait to head back!

This is the second time we have stayed at this location, the 1st time in this unit. The other unit we rented two years ago was not as nice as this one. We enjoyed the location to the mountain, unit was decorated very nice and very clean. We would recommend this property and will rent again.

Great for business or pleasure. Property manager Elizabeth is extremely responsive to requests and very flexible if able with reservations. We have stayed at the residence multiple times.

Loved the area. Condo close enough to Bridgton that trips back and forth were easy. Condo was comfortable. The only negative was the 3 levels but we knew that when we booked.
