We chose the location to be close to family and friends that we when to visit. Other than that there wasn’t much to like.

The shower cubicles had black in corners and the venitian blind in the kitchen was full of dust and couldn’t be turned to open or close because the bar was broken off, so it could only be lifted and because the apartment is on the ground floor on the kitchen side people walking pass can look right in. At this time of year the nights can get cold, especially up the mountain so you would expect that every bed has duvets on then, but there was a lack of. When I checked in the wardrobe there was only one thing that resembled a duvet or some kind of cover but it had seen better days and my son preferred to be chilly than use it!!! There were also a lot of old stained pillows that should of been put in the bin a long time ago. On our 2nd morning, which was our checking out morning, we had no hot water! When I checked the boiler it was off!!! The plug was plugged into a timer and had been put in a way that the timer couldn't turn so of course the boiler didn't come on to heat the water from the showers we had the morning before. My sons couldn't have showers. Myself and my husband had cold showers! Not the best way to start our travels back home. The parking spot which was supposed to be for us had a car parked there from the moment we arrived till the moment we left. It didn’t move! One of the bedrooms had a spoon holding up the curtain poll! And on top of all the above we are now being accused for a piece of furniture having a chewed corner!!!!! Ridiculous because we do not have pets.
