Avec ses nombreuses activités à proximité (snowboard, motoneige et bien plus encore), cette maison de vacances très pratique pour les familles a décidément tout pour vous plaire. L'hébergement dispose d'un parking sur place, de là vous pourrez aisément faire le trajet de 15 minutes jusqu'à Lake Geneva Cruise Line (croisières) ou de 14 minutes jusqu'à Parc aquatique Moose Mountain Falls Waterpark.
Cette maison de vacances vous invite à la détente avec un jardin, du mobilier d'extérieur et une terrasse privée où savourer un délicieux cocktail. Une fois rentré de vos explorations, initiez-vous au babyfoot ou profitez des équipements suivants : Wi-Fi gratuit et télévision.

Had a great time staying with my larger group of 12. Kitchen was plenty large enough for us all to each at. Location is 15 mins away from Lake Geneva and close to Walmart/other helpful stores. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay at Old Mill was just what we needed. The house is very spacious & all bedrooms are upstairs. Our group included kids from under a year to seven years old. Having the beach right across the street was fabulous. The kids swam & fished while the babies napped. The home had every kitchen supply you might need & a 2nd fridge in the large laundry room. There are a phone chargers at several locations in the home which was so handy. The foosball table provided the whole family with some light hearted competition in the evening.
We opted not to drop our pontoon boat into Powers Lake because the house is only 50 yards from the launch & the heavy traffic would have left the boat banging off the dock.
Our stay was a perfect way to wrap up a very busy summer.

Great convenient location (an hour away) for our family vacation over the 4th of July. Enjoyed this spacious accommodation, which was clean, well-stocked with all the essentials, plus wonderfully comfortable beds. We enjoyed the private beach & fire pit just across the not too busy road & were able to rent a pontoon boat & tour beautiful Powers Lake. An unexpected bonus was the lengthy fireworks display along the lake. Spectacular! Would definitely return for another visit.

This home is so close to the public launch that it was so convenient to launch and load. They have a dock for your boat as well, we had to charge batteries only reason we pulled it at night. The home itself was unique experience in my opinion. Simply loved it and so did my kids. They allowed pets which was the added bonus. The communication with the host was super quick and personable as well. 100% recommend. We will be back for sure.

Beautiful, spacious stay. Loved having a deck and grill to sit outside and eat family meals. There were a lot of fish on the beach when we got there but was cleaned up the second day we were there. Would highly recommend!

Wanted to come back for our son’s graduation and have a family get together. 6-7 people coming from out of town needed lodging. Plenty of space to host the group and more for a cookout with others. Spacious first floor with bar was great. Large back deck provided extra space outside. Grill was large enough to cook for a big crowd. Kitchen was well appointed. Upstairs bedrooms were comfortable and there was enough space for sleepovers if people had a long drive home and wanted to stay late. We didn’t use the beachfront because it’s early spring but the dock was great. Plenty of room for parking. Would definitely stay again.

I can’t say enough about our stay at the “Old Mill”! It was a great home base between our sightseeing adventures! Very convenient location to travel to Chicago as well as explore the local area. Although our trip was in March, we were still able to spend an afternoon enjoying the beautiful beach! What a sunset!!!
We stayed with our four children ranging from ages 8 to 16. All of them had comfortable living quarters and lots of room to spread out and play games! There was a fooseball table, cards and other board games there for us to use which was great.
My husband and I were able to take a few runs around the lakes and enjoy the beautiful area. The house was very clean and had a great hang out living space and bar area. We were able to get takeout from a local restaurant and enjoy some March madness basketball around the bar.
Check in and check out was very easy and communication with Kathleen was also very timely and helpful.
We would definitely book this house again… my kids are already asking me if we can go back this summer!

We loved our stay at the Old Mill. There was so much room! Plenty of clean and updated bedrooms and bathrooms. Loved the bar area and large kitchen. The view of the lake was very nice from the first floor and great from the main bedroom. We can’t wait to come back.

The lake house was perfect for our annual family weekend. Lots of space and sleeping arrangements let everyone spread out. The main floor has great open spaces to play games and relax. We had great weather to take advantage of the outside area, loved the large deck and seating by the lake. Would highly recommend to any larger groups!

It was a commercial space previously (THERE IS A BAR!!) so the layout is unusual, but it is spacious. The deck is great and the parking is easy. Also... plenty of beds and linens. It is super clean too.

Our group of 14 that included 2 children and 1 dog had plenty of room at this property. On the main floor there are 2 bathrooms a large kitchen dining area, bar area, tv area and still more space! There are 2 large refrigerators which was super helpful. Kitchen was well stocked with plates, silverware, glasses. The only thing lacking was large cooking pots. The location was great, across the street from the lake which includes a fire pit and boat dock. Beautiful views of the lake from several windows and the large deck. Everyone in our group was pleased. The property was clean and beds were comfortable. Ceiling fans in each sleeping room. I do recommend to turn up the a/c before bed as it was a little warm upstairs.

If you’re looking for a fun, quirky place, this is for you. The building was a roadside bar/restaurant that the owner lived above. It’s been converted to a house, but still has a large bar and wide open areas for indoor fun. My children hosted all of their cousins and everyone had a great time. The beach/lake access is very nice. Would highly recommend.

We did bring our own Keurig because there is just a coffee pot. Which was not a big deal.
The A/C was off on arrival and the house was over 80*, since the beds are all on the upper level it was a very very hot first night of sleeping. High recommend cranking the A/C and shutting curtains upstairs if there in the summer on a hot day!

We had a great weekend at this home. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, etc, and the amenities were wonderful. It’s a great area not far from Lake Geneva or golf courses.

House overall was ok. It is in a great location and can accommodate a large group. The water is well water and it smelled pretty awful. We also did not feel it was cleaned well before our arrival :( The beds were pretty comfy which was a plus.

12 of us stayed here for NYE weekend and it was perfect. No issues with checking in/out or with the house. Lots of room and the bar was awesome! Quiet area with people fishing on the lake and a bar down the street. Would definitely recommend and thanks again!

Great clean place with plenty of space. We were all happy with the layout. Loved the bar and other areas for group gatherings. Yes the water smells, but it wasn’t an issue. I think we all hit our toes at least once on the heavy picnic style bench in the kitchen (slants outward), so be warned. Nice and close to Lake Geneva, 15?min drive max. Didn’t expect a road in between the lake and house, but it was too cold for us to use the beach area anyway Overall, would come back and would recommend to others.

We had a great time at the property. It’s loaded with all we needed for our friend group’s weekend away. The fire pit along the beach is a great touch. Well water was something some people in our group were not used to so I would keep that in mind when booking.

The property was perfect for a group of girlfriends looking to unwind away from the big city. It has a unique layout that offers lots of space for groups and the proximity to Lake Geneva is great for nights out. The bar just a couple doors down was a fun treat as well. Our stay at this rental was absolutely perfect. The house had all of the amenities needed for a large group (and then some!) and so many different spaces for us to lounge and unwind. The outdoor space in particular was amazing and you cannot beat the beachfront/dock. (We rented a pontoon boat and could easily dock it right in front of the house.) Kathleen and Brian were great hosts and incredibly helpful/communicative. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing lake trip.

Great house
The house is very big with plenty of space and a large outdoor patio. It was clean upon arrival. The beach area is great for the kids. Loved the fire pit and the adirondack chairs. Great fishing and a sandbar out in the middle of the lake as well. Kind of a lot of seaweed around our dock though which bothered the kids when swimming. There is a little bar/restaurant right down the street too. You do have to cross a semi busy street to get to the beach/ water area. For adults it’s totally fine, but with young kids, an adult had to walk them back and forth each time.

Lake House on a perfect summer weekend!
My friends and I (9 adults) stayed at this house to reconnect after living together in college and run the Chicago Savage Race. We absolutely loved this property, and spent hours talking and laughing on the beach/dock, out in the side yard or on the deck, and in the main room of the house. There were so many gathering places that we couldn’t settle on a favorite. While we loved the location for adults, it would also be perfect for families with kids to stay on the lake. I’d absolutely recommend to anyone looking to host a larger group for a weekend at the lake. Katie (the owner) was incredibly responsive and nice. All in all - it was a perfect weekend. Thanks Katie!!
