Tolles Ambiente, tolle Mitarbeitende, tolle Lage

Keine Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer, es war viel zu heiss. Im Wohnbereich funktioniert die Klimaanlage optimal, hier wurde die von uns jedoch nicht benötigt. Isolation des Schlafzimmers müsste verbessert werden.

The views were amazing and the food and cocktails excellent

It’s very far from anything so you absolutely need a car to get around. The pool closed at 6pm and the gym 8pm even in the warmer months- this doesn’t make sense!!!

Sehr schöne und stylische Unterkunft in toller Lage

Wenig Werbung für eigene Events, wie z.B. Wine Tasting oder RoofTop Bar. Klimaanlage steht auf dem Balkon und daher ist es dort durch die Abwärme sehr heiss. Die Liegen könnten morgens etwas sauberer sein und nicht voller Sand und teilweise noch Müll vorhanden.

Overall..disappointing. Broken door lock to balcony. Did not feel secure. Called for repairs but not a soul showed up to fix it or address the situation. We were told it is a “safe neighborhood “! We live in a big city and are very conscious of our safety! This was not helpful! Apartment short on kitchen facilities for a mor comfortable stay

I would highly recommend this property. It is absolutely wonderful. We had a lateral sea-facing apartment, and it was imply gorgeous! The staff is super nice and friendly, and the hidden gem of this place is their spa! They have three kinds of sauna, a jacuzzi, and many other facilities. Marcal beach is a short walk away, and en route are very nice restaurants. We had breakfast one day, and then tried out the local shops (close to the property), which were truly excellent.

The food could be better, though it is not bad. Though honestly, it is hardly a "negative".

Spacious balcony with nice lateral sea view which was better than expected (We stayed on the 4th floor which made it better). Brilliant stuff, happy housekeepers. Great restaurant area with tasty food. Nice and clean pool area with a sea view. Comfortable loungers, also loungers outside the pool area with first line view of the rocky coastline and a sea with ladder access to the water. Included access to the spa area to use salt caves, saunas and jacuzzi. Not overcrowded, nice and peaceful.

You can hear the noise from bin men, deliveries etc. despite the fact that we had windows away from the street (service access to the wee courtyard which was surrounded by buildings emphasizing and echoing the noise) Lack of storage for clothes in the bedroom. (Just 12 hangers and a shelf above it) The mattress was OK, but could be comfier 😉

Lo mejor la ubicación y su emplazamiento sobre el mar. Y sobresaliente la atención de Agustina ( de la recepción)que desde el primer momento nos aconsejó donde ir y solucionó cada situación que no era de nuestro agrado …

El cuarto correcto y aunque pedí con buena vista nos dieron un cuarto q daba a la pileta con el ruido y la cercanía de los demás huéspedes durante todo el día ..

Lovely hotel, really cool boho vibe and nice pool. Wasn’t sure how it would be for kids but was perfect for our two year old with other families around too. Beautiful restaurants in Portocolom over by the Marina which is a nice walk to start and finish the evening. The beach is also very nearby and really nice

Saknades vissa saker i pentryt i köket. All lägenheter har inte ett så bra läge, betala extra om du vill ha havsutsikt!

El alojamiento es espectacular! El hotel tiene de todo! Nos encanto que las instalaciones tengan una entrada al mar, y sus instalaciones son brutales. El bar, el restaurante, el spa, la piscina. Todo una maravilla. La cama super cómoda y la terraza muy bonita, además el baño estaba muy bien equipado y muy limpio.

Nos pareció todo estupendo, menos la bienvenida nocturna en la que el personal apenas sabía hablar español.

Sehr schöne, moderne Unterkunft! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Der Pool war nicht von Menschenmassen geprägt, sondern war immer ruhig und nicht zu voll. Das Frühstück ist sehr zu empfehlen!

Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Unser Zimmer war zur Straße hin und man hörte vieles von draußen! Vor allem nachts nicht so schön.

Beautiful cove and pool, rooms were very comfortable and front desk staff was lovely.

The hotel suited our needs as a family of 4 (two children of 8 and 5 yrs old) brilliantly. We loved the pool, which was very kid friendly with a good shallow end and a life guard. The food was great for a family - breakfast was a highlight! Staff were so friendly and helpful. The one bedroom apartment with a sofa bed for the children also worked perfectly. It was great to be able to prepare small meals in the room, if the kids were too tired to go out. The decor was really modern and so clean - the staff clearly worked hard to keep it that way. We loved having a sea view apartment - it was beautiful to wake up and see the sea - would recommend to select this option at booking.

The location was a bit far from the main part of Portocolom - only a 15 minute walk which would be fine for adults but was a little far for children in the heat.

Fresh, nice furniture and clean. Not too crowded so you didn’t have to fight for a sun bed.

Very well-thought details, all very new and good design. A hiccup with air conditioning not working in our room but was handled perfectly by the staff. Highly recommend. Friendliest staff ive ever met in a hotel.

You feel it’s an old hotel with a makeover. The music is loud, not enough towels at the pool. The location is very charming part of the city.

Everything! they have made a great effort on service and have nailed it! i was very happy with my stay and will definitely return to the property!

Internet is poor when you are in the room. we moved a couple rooms and one of them the internet was really bad.

We thought the location was great, facing the beautiful cala with wonderful views morning and night. The design and layout of the property/pool area was great, I just wish our room had been as comfortable. I was concerned about finding parking around the hotel but it wasn't a problem at all. It was great to have a little kitchen available to us. Location was very walkable to shops, restaurants and the beach nearby (which is beautiful!). Easy to get in and out of town by car.

The comfort of the room was not as we expected. The mattress was hard, linens felt rough, pillows seem cheap. Our bedroom was very dark - not much natural light and a small window. The night we arrived (Sat) there was an extreme amount of noise coming from a bar on the same block as Portomar. We'd walked past it to get to the lobby and it looked like a club with music and lots of people dancing, drinking, etc. When we checked in I asked if our room was anywhere near it, and the staff assured us we'd be in a different building. She was right about the location of our room, but unfortunately we could hear the club going until it closed later that night. We were relieved when the bar seemed more calm/less loud the next few nights. I say this with sincere empathy - I feel for both the hotel staff and customers who have to deal with the noise from that bar. It's really unfortunate and we hope there is a resolution in sight.

Amazing location, super friendly staff, great food and clean facilities. Can’t recommend this place enough!

There was only one AC unit in the living room/kitchen area, so we had to leave our bedroom door open. The Wi-Fi wasn’t the best.

Property is amazing and brilliant staff. Portocolom is a lovely area but quite quiet. Some great restaurants and a beautiful white sand beach 5 minutes away. We loved our stayed and benefited from having a car so we could explore the island! Top apartments!

Bar next door was super loud till midnight on Saturday evening but wasn’t too much bother at all
