I traveled with a group of coworkers for a conference and the location was great because we could walk to the meeting.

First, when we arrived the key was not working, thank God there was a person, who did not present herself, it seemed to be on the administration, that opened the door. the patient internet was not working, so we asked the same person that came back to gives us more keys for the door, and it took her a while to figure it out with some other person over the phone. There is a big stair with no elevators, this was not informed. There was spider nets all over, and sky windows in two of the bedrooms. Hard to sleep with the sun on your face at 5AM. But if that is not enough, there was this loud music coming from a neighboring apartment at 6AM. you need to be an early bird to feel comfortable.

I stayed for the conference held at McCormick center. It is so close that I could drop by anytime I needed the rest. Very responsive staff and great location. Also, bed is so comfortable.

I couldn't find the lift to carry the luggage to the 2nd floor.
