A spacious, well-kept house with several nice-sized rooms for adults and a room with bunk beds for kids. A really nice and bright enclosed front porch area, upper decks for grabbing some sun, and a courtyard out back with grill. The location is unbeatable, a little more than a block from the boardwalk and also from the main drag. And owner Bill is outstanding, very attentive and quick to communicate. Would stay again for sure, highly recommend!

The hosts were extremely communicative and the house itself was wonderful. Beautiful balcony, outdoor shower for the beach days, and right next to the Bethany Beach boardwalk. The only downside is you must provide bath towels and bed sheets (blankets and pillows are covered), but again the hosts made us aware of this well before our visit and had a few friendly reminders! Would definitely recommend for larger groups or families.

Thanks for keeping the hot tub open for us. It rained most of the weekend and there were no we took our shoes off, but it would have been nice to have some mats by the doors.

We decided very last minute that we wanted to get away for a bit for Spring Break. Luckily we found this house available! After reaching out with questions and booking information, we received prompt responses and a very accommodating host! The house is in the perfect location. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and to the action on Garfield Parkway. The house had more space than we needed for our family of five. We loved the outdoor space with the fire pit and hot tub. We would recommend this house to anyone looking for a great house in a great location in Bethany Beach!

We had a wonderful long weekend with our children and grandchildren! This property is very nice! It was walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Bill, the host, was great to deal with. We would definitely stay here again!

We were a large multi-generational family group that rented the big house and the two bedroom apartment. Everyone loved the place. The well-equipped kitchen, the location near the beach and downtown, the spacious bedrooms and baths. So much fun! And I can't forget the "courtyard", between the house and the apartment in the rear. We spent many memorable evenings there, around the picnic tables and and chairs. Very good layout.

We have vacationed in Bethany as an extended family for 30+ years. This house is nicely appointed and well cared for. Bedrooms and baths are great spaces. Living area could use some more comfy seating. The patio area was the icing on the cake. Thanks for providing a beautiful place to stay.

This is our 2nd year staying at this house. It is a nice house with a great location. Quiet street but only a quick walk to the beach and the downtown strip/boardwalk. Would definitely stay again.

Bill was extremely responsive and wonderful to work with. Easy check in process. Great outdoor decks and patio. Awesome location, just one block from the beach and downtown Bethany Beach town center - lots of beach shops, restaurants, happy hour spots and ice cream stands. Lots of beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards were provided.

We had a wonderful vacation with our family! The grandkids especially loved the short walk to the beach and the shops.

The property is well maintained, and the kitchen is fully equipped. The beds were new and comfy. The bathrooms were clean and updated. It was walk-in ready. The owner answered our minor questions via email in minutes. Located on a quiet street and a short walk to restaurants and the beach. We can't wait to book this rental for next year!

I cannot say enough good things about the property and the owner, Bill. We came down for Memorial Day Weekend with a group of 8 (4 couples - ages 27-30) and the overall experience with the house made for a great weekend. The house is located about a block and a half from the beach and about a block from the main boardwalk strip in Bethany. The house can comfortably fit 8-10 people and was very clean. The outdoor grill and courtyard area are great for games and family dinners. Bill was incredibly responsive from the time that we booked all the way through our check-out and was always available to answer questions or provide information to help make our experience perfect. I will definitely be looking to book this house in the future and I would recommend it to anyone, whether you are doing a family trip or a trip with a group of friends.

This home was a family vacation for 2 families with children ages 4 and under. There are 2 master suites with full bathrooms upstairs + a bunk room and an additional full hall bathroom. Our rented crib and/or pack n' play easily fit in these master rooms and sound did not carry between rooms (total of 4 kids...there was an occasional bedtime meltdown or 2...) The bunks are built in and only 1 lower bunk was used for the 4-year-old. Not easy (for Grandma) to make those bunk beds and I was glad to only need the lower bunk. Downstairs is another bedroom with a full bath. FOUR full bathrooms! And 2 with tubs. This home would be perfect for 3 couples with or without older children but we managed well with an infant, a toddler, and 2 preschoolers. There are nightlights in all the key places and stepstools in the bathrooms (SO helpful!) plus a high chair, a double stroller if needed, beach toys and equipment, picnic tables, and Adirondack chairs on the patio and a very well equipped kitchen. There is even an additional smaller fridge in the laundry room for cold drinks or extra food storage. The sunroom was a lovely additional space to use but could use more comfortable cushions on the wicker furniture. The proximity to town was PERFECT. We had the bad luck of visiting after the Nor 'easter that closed the Bethany beaches but were able to enjoy Fenwick Island State Park Beach not far away. Plus--A great playground 2 blocks away, and for one little boy who is obsessed with Fire trucks, the fire station is a block and a half away. We had the good luck of being invited to see the fire trucks up close. One suggestion I would offer is to have a supply of some plastic ware for use on the patio. However, the kitchen otherwise has just about everything. Bill was quick to respond to messages and patient wth my numerous questions. I have suggested a binder with all house details and parking info to review and he happened to be in the process of putting that together. That will be helpful. It was a great stay and a chance to discover some new activities locally due to the beach closure. Thank you, Bill and Ash!

Close to beach, shopping, restaurants and boardwalk. Two masters on second floor and plenty of bathrooms. Well stocked kitchen, great outdoor spaces. Very clean with everything we needed.

Amazing location - 1.5 short blocks from the main drag and from the beach. The house is newly remodeled and looks great; it's clean and modern feeling. Dual master bedrooms upstairs plus a kids room with 2 bunk beds (so 4 beds). Then one more bedroom on the first floor. Great patio off one of the masters upstairs, plus a first floor deck below it and a sunroom - all great places to hang out. The house could pretty easily hold 3 couples. The house is fully stocked with loads of beach equipment - mainly chairs and umbrellas, but also a couple of boogie boards and beach toys. Plenty of parking available We would absolutely stay here again if we come back to Bethany Beach.

We absolutely loved staying here! With two little kids it can be difficult to find great lodging but this place was great. Bill was super on top of communication and provided excellent amenities. We plan to come back next year!

We really enjoyed this beach Vaca rental. Property had been updated after we had viewed it on the VRBO site and results are beautiful. Accomodations and kitchen supplies (dishes, pots, pans, etc) were plentiful. The home is clean and well maintained. The location is great, close to beach and "downtown"/boardwalk area. Only issue is intermittent WiFi outage that was being addressed by the owner. Would definitely rent here again.

The house is one block from the beach and one block from Bethany's main drag. Could not be better located. Comfortable for our 6 adult (+ some) family, with chairs and umbrellas as needed. Loved having coded entry instead of keys. Back porches and BBQ/picnic area are great and easy to enjoy. Property owner communicated quickly and was responsive to questions and concerns. Very welcoming. Kitchen was well equipped if you cook, but we mainly ate out or used the grill out back. Parking for 3-4 cars. Comfortable beds. Pictures are accurate. Lovely place!

Charming beach house with great location!

The house was recently updated and nice. The location is just a short walk to the beach and downtown but it’s not loud or busy near the house at all. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our vacation at Bethany. The house was great for the 7 of us (5 adults and 2 children). Enough parking for 4 cars. Downstairs queen bedroom (and full bath) was great for grandma. Happy with water pressure and temp in showers. Kitchen was spacious. Extra fridge came in handy. Loved the outdoor shower. Spent evenings on shaded ground level deck (holds about 6ppl). Kids liked playing in the courtyard and there was plenty of room for our crab feast on the picnic tables. The upstairs deck was spacious but a shade cover would have made it more comfortable. Walk to the beach/ boardwalk/town in less than 5min. Host was quick with answers pre-booking and gave good direction for check-in, etc. Would definitely stay here again. It was a PERFECT trip.

Great house - recent renovations made the property much nicer than the original pictures on VRBO. Bill could not have been a better host - very good with communications, great amenities in the house. Fabulous location. Would definitely rent again!
