The satffyis not co operative at all

They said If we will order food 30 min before our train timing.at the time when my parents ordered food they directly denied and told they can't cook food . it's so horrible experience as my parents are senior citizens,so they were very unhappy with the hotel staff.

Staff were not helpful, I fell ill with food poisoning and the hotel policy is to only eat their food. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Breakfast is good with variety, but missing stuffed prantha & curd. Rooms are good but in compact size, very neat , with all amenity,location is good nearby airport.
