Very dated facilities. Fellow tenants were quite intrusive in your space.

No Netflix or WIFI, plenty of bugs inside unit and the spa steps were a tad dangerous.

We loved the rooftop spa when we were able to use it. We were refunded some of our accom costs due to being inconvenienced by unusable amenities.

When we arrived the rooftop and rooftop spa were unusable due to being very unclean. When contacting the property manager the issues we raised were resolved (the next day) and we were able to enjoy the rooftop for 2 out of our three night stay. We found the bedrooms uncomfortable due to no air conditioning, although the lounge and living area was very nice and also air conditioned which was great. The outdoor spa located at the pool was not able to be used as it was empty. When we asked about it we were told it would be filled on day 2 of our stay but it remained empty and we could not use it at all. The swimming pool was also quite cold although it did say it was heated.

Location is great with a spacious if tired 3 bedroom apartment. Partly obstructed view of ocean

Advertised as air conditioned but this only extends to the living space. The rooms are a cauldron which are just bearable with both pedestal and overhead fans going at once. Also advertised as with wifi and a smart tv. The wifi is glitchy and only good for retrieving the odd email, the tv is good for free to air only. Be warned there are three flights of stairs to carry your luggage up from the car park. The unit is a little tired otherwise and the door lock is a bit wonky.
