Cette maison de vacances avec 1 chambre et 1 salle de bain à Victoria est la solution parfaite pour explorer les environs en toute simplicité. Les amoureux de la nature et du grand air seront ravis de loger à 5 minutes en voiture de Government Street et à 4 minutes de Baie de Cadboro. Sautez dans votre voiture et parcourez le trajet de 5 minutes jusqu'à Craigdarroch Castle ou de 6 minutes jusqu'à MayFair Shopping Centre (et quand vous n'êtes pas sur les routes, profitez du parking mis à disposition par l'hébergement).

The Cozy Cottage is a gem in the middle of Victoria suburbia! A quiet, well equipped retreat surrounded by magnificent flowers, trees and shrubs! This is not just a room for the night, it is an experience to remember. Sit on the patio deck with a glass of wine, cool breezes, shade and flowers galour! Rest on a comfortable bed or chair, put you feet up and relish the peace and serenity. Close to Victoria’s many amenities… beaches, parks, dining spots, coffee shops, etc. You do need a bike, car or Uber but the effort is worth it. We spent 4 nights at the Cottage and can’t say enough about this experience. Matt is a welcoming host!

Great place for our stay in Victoria. It was spotless and the gardens around this cozy spot are lovely! The hosts were very helpful and answered all our questions quickly. We highly recommend this lovely carriage house!

Great place to stay for our visit to Victoria! The property had amazing landscaping and was tucked away in a lovely neighborhood that made us feel right at home. Would definitely stay again whenever coming through town.

New and well appointed. Beautiful private garden. Stove didn’t work and wasn’t replaced till the end of our week long stay. Requested compensation for this but no response from the host.

This beautiful, bright,well equipped, super clean cottage was such a wonderful place to stay.
Away from the hustle and bustle,tucked way in a zen like corner,yet close to amenities.
Super comfortable bed, nice size shower and so bright and cheerful.
The owners are so easy to communicate with and lovely.
We will definitely be back !!

The cottage is very quaint and perfect for a couple or single traveller. The location is great and very accessible to the University and an easy drive to downtown.
Unfortunately we did have a couple of issues, the bathroom sink did not drain properly. I had to use the plunger to get it to empty which was unpleasant. The French Press leaked and made a mess all over the counter, once I realized this I had to put a plate underneath it. Finally the quality of the towels was not good, they are very old and scratchy. Definitely need to be replaced.

Gorgeous alternative to boring, overpriced hotel. Perfectly situated to move son in and out if University, super cute & clean, beautiful grounds with a completely private space. All if this for a very reasonable price, thanks for making our stay in Victoria, super easy and very comfortable!

Although small, this is a lovely cosy place for 1-2 people. It was great that I could bring my dog. I had no issues during my stay here. Matt is a great communicator.

Very clean and cozy. Cute neighborhood. Owner communicated clearly. We got to meet a local deer as we got into our car. 😀 The full-size bed a was a bit small for two…was expecting a queen. Maybe I missed that in the details. The small fridge was fine size-wise, but the ice cream we put in the freezer area was melted by the next day. Could use some sugar in the cabinet. Those are the nit-picks. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again. Thanks!

Overall great experience! Easy to find location. Parking available on the street. Check in was super easy. Comfortable bed, well fitted kitchen and bathroom and location worked out well for me. And it was quiet too!
Worked out well with my dog although there was no grassed yard, we got out into the quiet neighborhood and near by beaches and parks for walks each day.
Only concern if I were being more picky was the cleanliness of the shower walls and doors and the bathroom window caulking (mouldy). Owner is apparently taking care of re-caulking soon. I will definitely stay here again!

When in Victoria we love to stay at the Cozy Carriage House. The location is convenient as it is close to arterial roads. Tucked in the gorgeous garden of the main house, the carriage house is a welcoming oasis. As a meaningful addition our dog is welcome. During this stay there were some incomplete maintenance and cleaning tasks, but this did not take away from the comfort of our stay. We will return!

Short stay in a lovely garden cottage
It was wonderful to stay in a self contained cottage with fresh clean air surrounded by a lovingly tended garden. The suite was bright, attractive, well appointed, and the host was helpful and communicative. Check in was seemless. We would return here again.

Great Location! Lovely property!
The property and location was perfect for us as we were visiting our daughter at UVIC. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting this location.
Our only complaint was that the wrong information was given to us in an email and caused a bit of panic as we thought for a while the property was in the Comox Valley... the manager didn't seem to see the big deal with that and did not offer even an apology. So the place was great but I hope that they are more careful with managing the information they send out to their renters. Thanks for the stay!

Trip Down Memory Lane
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Cozy Cottage. It was well equipped and private. The location is a familiar one to us having lived in the area many years ago. A short walk down the hill to Allenby Cafe, Canarvon Park or up the road to UVIc.

Suite is within walking distance to coffee shop and deli. Well set up for cooking meals. Suite would benefit from a few minor repairs and a bit more attention to cleaning. Didn’t expect to need to clean fridge on arriving. Would be helpful to have instructions in suite for turning on heat. Suite manager did not respond to our message left on their contact number requesting help with heat.

Cozy cottage
The cottage had everything we needed but it is just one room with a double bed so be prepared if two guests prefer space to spread out. The location is great and we would stay again.

Great stay in pretty residential neighbourhood
The cozy cottage is set in a pretty garden, within a nice residential neighbourhood, lovely for dog walks. The space is well organized and the bathroom is very efficient. The kitchen is unusually well equipped and we were able to easily cook all of our meals. The cottage was clean, and met all our needs. We had a couple of questions which our host answered quickly. We highly recommend.

Perfect modern studio stay
A beautiful well kept studio “carriage house amongst a lovely garden. Everything was perfectly kept, clean and comfortable. Very private so we felt like we were in our own little getaway. Matt was helpful when needed. Highly recommended!

Great base for exploring Victoria
The Cozy Carriage House provided a great base for which to explore Victoria. I absolutely love tiny houses and micro architecture and the tiny carriage house was a delight to stay in. It was very clean and the decor and overall aesthetics were visually pleasing. The kitchen provided everything for a comfortable stay and had we stayed longer, it would've been a lovely place to make meals and eat in. We slept well and the mornings were beautiful as we spotted hummingbirds by the window. Would love to stay here again.

Cute cottage
Thank you Matt for letting my daughter book the cottage. She had a lovely stay. Its clean and cozy as shown in the photos. She was happy that the internet was all sorted out when she reached out to you. Also, location was easy access to UVIC which she was there primarily for.

Cute Mini House
We loved the little house set back in a jungle-like setting behind and below the main house. There is even a tiny deck to sit out. The double-sized bed was very comfy and everything was well equipped.
