The staff was really nice and understanding, the location amazing, strong chance of coming back to this place in the future.
The ac broke down in the living room and master bedroom,it was fixed only after 2 days, due to the technician's busy schedule. We got a partial refund for our discomfort, which made this unpleasant situation much better, in the end everything worked out fine.

they said they had parking included and that’s not true, they is a public park like 200 mts away and we didn’t know and we got a ticket for Parking in front of the building
