Charge amount collected first time 730/- and second time also collected 400 + 300 cash with me, says single rooms not yet available in our hotel, feel very from hotel reception counter

Staff not yet feel any resposiblty, no calling bell or phone in room for call rom service

The a.c is working and staff coming and they buying anything outside they do

There is no sync between Booking.com and the property. The owner didn’t accept the booking price during check-in and demanded more. The property owner is not polite as well. Please check with the property owner prior to your stay

Service is poor tv not working the ac is not we want to tell if you hand over to customer you want see the all are working heater water is not working proer but paying is high

The bed and charging point near bed which is pretty common everywhere

So much things first of all they don't have computer (most hotels don't have it). There was no lock for toilet which is insane. and they have only 1 charging point if you want another point you have to switch off the TV and use it's power outlet you can't close windows there are already covered with mosquito repellent mesh and still you get 2-3 mosquitos. Fan speed is so slow If you ask me i didn't like the room and stuff you can get good rooms for that money I give 1.5/5 stars

 I have booked Oyo room poojita recidency tirupati and it was confirmed as July 9th 2022 to July 10th 2022 time check in 7.29am- check out 6.16 am and and I have received confirmation mail also. But the hotel was showing confirmation date and time July 9th 11 a.m. to 10th July 11:00 a.m. due to that they have collected extra 300 rupees from me.  My luggage was collapsed by the rats in the hotel room. Lift also not working properly. I am completely unsatisfied this service...

No wifi no cleaning no hot water

Beds and bed sheets are not clean. Rooms were smelling. It's not worth to stay here and i don't suggest this hotel for families.

Staff behaviour but rooms are not good. They are not provided hot water. Rooms also not up to the mark. Look like lodge.

When compared to other Oyo , facilities and rooms not up to the mark. They needs to provide 24/7 hot water, bathing kits etc..
