I do not know how we ever rent a place again after here. It exceeded all expectations and Mi Young went above and beyond. Typically the photos make a place look a little better than it is and in this case the photos don’t do it justice. Beautiful condo. Perfect location. There is a playground two or three minute walk away along with the tennis courts, the pool, grocery stores and restaurants you can walk to. if you have a family, this is the best location And the condo is the perfect setup. Mi Young was the most amazing host. Every detail was taken care of. She was attentive and replied to texts right away. We stayed for 3 weeks and left with her as a friend inviting her to come visit us any time she wants. I cannot say enough good things about our stay. We fell in love with Park City and the condo.

We had a wonderful visit to Park City, and your home was the perfect home base for skiing, shopping and dining on Main Street. We especially loved the well-stocked kitchen for home cooked meals, and easy access to the bus system + local market. Our favorite restaurants were the Viking Yurt, Lookout Cabin + Tupelo. Also loved No Name Saloon and strolling Main Street. Thank you for a lovely and well-appointed stay!

This property was perfect for our family vacation! The listing was accurate and the property manager did a wonderful job communicating. All appliances work well and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with necessary equipment including two coffee makers (drip and k cup). The furniture was in good shape. The internet was reliable. We received a ton of snow and the plow services on the road and driveway were reliable. We had a 2wd van and we were never in a position that we couldn’t drive. Close to a lot but not really walking distance to much. We didn’t use the shuttle/bus but the stop was a few hundred feet from the property. No garage access unfortunately. There is enough room in the driveway for two cars but not sure if that is allowed or not. Our 4 year old did great in the house. Suggest a lock 6 feet high on the front door to prevent children from unlocking. A dedicated place for boards and skis would be great.

This is a great place to stay if you’re headed to ski in either Park City or the Canyons! The bus stop is 500 feet from the place (although the transit system running on time is questionable) and you can take an 8 minute walk to the Market and other dining places next door. The place was extremely clean and the host was very hospitable! Honestly, the kitchen is STOKED with any appliance you need to make a home cooked meal so eating out isn’t a necessity. This was a great find and we were very pleased!

Mi Young Trepinski was the best! From the time we booked until we left, she made sure we were taken care of. I have never stayed at a VRBO that literally had everything we needed. We were there 5 nights and only ate out one day for lunch. Her place felt like home and we have absolutely no complaints!

The townhouse was perfect in every way! We are a family of “foodies” and the kitchen was awesome. It was a treat to come”home” each day after enjoying Park City sights and events…exquisite furnishings and comfy sleeping. Mi Young was quickly responsive to any inquiries we may have had. A most memorable reunion!

This townhouse was exactly what our family needed for a weekend in PC. Conveniently located just out of downtown it was perfect to be close but not caught up in the hustle of downtown. The space is adorable, comfy and clean. We felt right at home.
The check in/out process was so easy and they also called to double check we had everything we needed. As a mom planning a family vacation that extra effort was so appreciated. We definitely will be back!

Mi was an incredible host, her property made our trip! Everything was so clean, cozy, and exactly like the photos. The kitchen was stocked with every appliance you’d ever need, and the location was perfect as we were able to walk to Main Street and the market. There were some beautiful trails right behind the house that we walked on every morning. Mi checked in to ensure everything was going well, and she is such a sweetheart! The house made us want to purchase a property in Park City. 10/10 recommend anyone to stay here, we will definitely be returning the next time we’re in park city!

This is a very nice property overall. The host is great and very communicative and the condo is outfitted with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, etc.
There were however 2 things that were misrepresented/not pointed out.
#1 - The beds in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are listed as Queen sized, however, they are indeed only double beds. In the 3rd bedroom this is fine because there is also a set of bunk beds, but in the 2nd bedroom it is unreasonable for 2 adults to sleep in a double bed. There is plenty of room in the 2nd bedroom for a King sized bed and that should be replaced. I ended up sleeping with the kids in the bunk room instead of w/ my husband b/c the double bed was too small. When I'm on vacation, sleep is important and I came home tired unfortunately.
#2 - We stayed over the June 2nd weekend. The pool was not yet open. That was one of the primary reasons we booked this property and it was very disappointing to get there and be told that it didn't open until late June. :(

We had a lovely ski vacation staying here. The location was amazing! We were close to Park City ski resort and downtown but didn’t have to deal with the business of staying downtown. We loved it here and will be back next year.

Great location if you want to ski Park City, Deer Valley or even other local spots such as Snow Basin! Plenty of room and nicely updated. Conveniently located close to grocery store and on bus route should you not get parking at Park City. Also easy to get in and out of if you have a foot of snow. Mi Young was always available to answer questions and very nice. I would recommend this place.

Perfect staycation
My son came to visit so we gathered up the family from Utah and gathered for a staycation. This is a beautiful condo with plenty of room, high ceilings and a well stocked kitchen located in a great part of Park City. Check in was easy and communication was superb.

Beautiful home and very responsive property manager
My family had a wonderful stay in Park City. The condo was beautiful, easy to access, and within 2 miles of Main Street. We arrived late at night and the house numbers are difficult to see, but Mi Young’s property is very close to the entrance. Despite a small issue with the automatic lock, Mi Young was responsive despite tha late hour and quickly reapplied the issue. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks again Mi Young!

Wonderful stay at PC
Our visit was great from the original posting through the entire stay. Property as described and location was great for quick drop at PC resort and easy access to downtown. The hostess was very available and attentive, definitely recommend!

Great house for bigger group
Lovely house for my group of friends and I during a weekend in park city! 5 minute drive to town and the mountain with a shuttle stop close by. Had everything you could need in terms of the kitchen, bathroom, entertainment, etc. Would highly recommend if you’re traveling with friends or family! Super close to a grocery store as well. Host was great and very responsive and the check-in/out process was seamless

Christmas Stay
Stayed here for Christmas week. The place is in a perfect location with plenty of space. We had 7 people in our party. The walking trail nearby provided a scenic walk through the snow. The rental had everything we needed. It’s less than a 5 minute drive from Park City Mountain Resort. Would definitely recommend staying there.

Spacious, Great location
The layout was great, lots of room to hangout and plenty of space in each bedroom. The kitchen had everything you’d need to prepare a meal and more. The view from the living room was beautiful with all the snow we had while we were there. There was also plenty of hot water which is always nice when everyone is trying to shower after skiing. Location is great and right near the grocery store. The driveway was cleared of snow several times during our stay. And the property manager was available to answer questions when needed. Overall our family had a great stay.
