The breakfast room is gorgeous, as pictured. Also the hotel is in the perfect spot, passed all the tourist shops. Very quiet and tranquil.

Smashing hotel

Very tranquil and a good location

The hotel is beautifully situated. It is highly recommended to book a room with a view of the lake, even if it is a bit more expensive. The staff was very friendly and you could even have breakfast in the room. Even though the rooms have the flair of the 80s, everything was well maintained so far.

You can park directly at the hotel, but then you have to drive through the pedestrian zone, which is a test of patience for me as a driver, but also for pedestrians. It would be better if there was a shuttle service to the parking spaces in front of the pedestrian zone.

The views were beautiful, a hidden treasure in Sirmione! The staff were very good & on arrival we were told to treat it as our home which was so lovely to hear 😊

You need to be comfortable with walking uphill but it was so worth it for the views!!

the hotel is located at the end of the Sirmione peninsula - perfect for accessing one of my favourite beaches on lake Garda (Jamaica beach). The hotel is really nice, with spacious grounds. .. and not to forget about the delicious breakfast :-)

Staff is superb. Paolo and Giulia are wonderful and hard-working hosts.

I didnt like how the hotel did not have an iron. We were there for a wedding and it was really tricky to get the creases out of our clothes. - had to resur using our hair dryer Haha! 🙈 but other than this, hotel was fabulous.

The location was amazing, peaceful beautiful gardens and a few minutes walk from stunning Jamaica beach. The town and all the shops were only a few minutes in the other direction. Breakfast was a big highlight! so tasty, generous and you could have it delivered to your room, eat in the aromatic herb garden or eat in the breakfast room - we loved it. The staff were welcoming, friendly and very helpful.

Nothing major as it was very hot, but the shower was quite cold!

Amazing staff-- Super friendly, personable, and helpful! Breakfast is delicious with lots of options, so that everyone can find something they like :)

Keep in mind, this hotel is located at the top of a hill, which allows for beautiful views, but also means you have to drag your suitcase up it.

the interior was a little dated but it didn’t matter, it was lol wonderful

Breakfast, location and services were fabulous. Julia was an extremely welcoming and obliging owner.

The room was small and very outdated with not enough surface area for toiletries etc. also no kettle or hair dryer.

The view from the balcony was spectacular! Often there is an option of a garden, sea/lake or mountain view, well this had all three. Breakfast on the balcony with that view will be an enduring memory, however it can be served anywhere of your choice and the garden gazebo was also a favourite spot. Good quality and plenty of choice. Our hosts and their staff were extremely helpful and friendly, truly making us feel at home. I am sure we will return.

The shower was clean and adequate but would have been better if a little bigger and more modern.

everything perfect

The location is incredible - you litteraly have to go inside the fortress to acess the hotel :) the views to the lake from the balconies are breath taking. The hostess was sharming and very caring. I also liked the pool a lot!

The outdoors are awesome. The cousine is good.

I did specifically ask for two things before booking: - two single beds - an electric kettle in the room both things were agreed from the property. When I arrived I was presented with a twin "German" bed (a double with two separate blankets basically) and told that was it and everybody else had been fine with it (I was not, but it was 10 pm and couldn't change structure at that point). Obviously, there was no kettle either.
