Interior of the restaurant is excellent, deliciously prepared hot dishes, polite waiters, room cleaning, plenty of sun beds with good mattresses

Very dirty beach, cigarette butts and trash everywhere. During the entire stay, the beach was never cleaned. As a result, I brought a bag with me and collected garbage around the sun bed. Upon arrival, at the reception they could not find our reservation for about 45 minutes, and upon departure they said that they could not find a receipt for payment for the hotel and we dealt with this for about 20 minutes until they eventually found the receipt. At the counter we were presented with three receipts to pay for the beer, which my husband only took once. As my husband was irritated by the fact and persistent, they said that this was apparently a mistake, that the data was simply entered into the computer for three days, and not for one. Proving nothing is basically impossible, since the restaurant simply asks for the room number when you order something, but does not bring a receipt for signature, as is done in European resorts. Yogurt for breakfast was sour. We had to buy our own yogurt and take it to breakfast. The choice of appetizers at dinner is poor The bed was good, although not big, with good mattresses, but it was covered with some kind of stub of bedspread that was not enough even for one person. Moreover, this bedspread was waffle and uncomfortable to the body. This was the most unpleasant detail of our stay at the hotel.

The staff is amazing and kind. Very helpful and know how to have some fun.

The bathroom could be cleaner.

Spotlessly clean rooms, friendly staff, beautiful setting on beach, pretty pink beach umbrellas, pool is pretty, great hb food. The beach chairs and umbrellas are free and plentiful so no fighting over chairs. We had hb breakfast & dinner. Everyday was different and delicious. Authentic Turkish food.

You have to purchase all drinks separately for dinner. Free water would be nice. But totally understand a charge for alcohol and cola. You can pay total upon checkout.

Probably the best hotel in the area

AC doesn’t work good on 3rd floor since roof is extremely hot. Beach is open for public meaning there’s plenty of kids (hotel is adult only). Staff is not friendly and not willing to help with any problems. A la cart restaurant takes so much time for food to get ready and for waiters to notice you. Our air mattress was stolen from next to our door, reception said they don’t have cameras in the hallways. No lifeguards at the beach. Beach towels are at extra deposit of 10$. The choice of pillows is also at an extra cost. The variety of food for breakfast is very limited and the same every day, dinner has more options.

The pool was small , the food wasn’t great , there wasn’t any activities, water was not given , not coming here another time

Very kind and helpful stuff. Nice spacious room, very good water pressure on the shower, Very good level of roomcleaning! Very quiet airconditioner! All kind of different foods on the breakfast and dinner. We specialy liked the grilled food at the dinner. Very delicios traditional "CAKE TIME". And restautant where some of waiterses even learned our names!! Next time as well!

Loudly closing roomdoors. They could add more international TV-programs. Hotel needs to work more and refresh for the medical box and treatments! I dont wanna wake up at 5 or 6 o`clock, to get the sunbed beside the pool. Little advice - if the sunbed is has`n`t used for 30 min and there`s just a towel on it- free the sunbed for the next customer.
