I recently had the opportunity to stay at a hotel and wanted to share my thoughts on the experience. Overall, it was a mixed bag with both positive and negative aspects. Upon arrival, the female receptionist was friendly and welcoming, which instantly made us feel at ease. The check-in process was quick, and she was accommodating to our needs. The housekeeping staff did a thorough job and promptly changed our towels as per our request. They were sweet and approachable. Similarly, the kitchen staff was helpful and displayed a pleasant attitude during our interactions. However, the real disappointment came from the staff on the floor. It seemed that they had a biased approach towards guests based on their gender. If you were a woman, you received preferential treatment, while others were often ignored. This created an uncomfortable atmosphere and left a negative impression. The staff exhibited a poor attitude, which was disheartening to experience. While the hotel had amenities such as a Turkish bath and massage services, I felt that the pricing structure was unfair. A hotel of this size should have standardized prices instead of trying to exploit guests for more money. Negotiating prices shouldn't be necessary, and it detracts from the overall guest experience. It was disappointing to witness the staff's focus solely on female guests, neglecting others in the process. In conclusion, my stay at the hotel had its highs and lows. The friendly and accommodating receptionist, diligent housekeeping, and helpful kitchen staff contributed to a positive experience. However, the biased attitude and poor behavior of the floor staff created a significant source of stress and disappointment. I hope that the hotel management takes note of these concerns and works towards improving the overall guest experience for all visitors.

Location, can walk to center of Alanya, friendly & helpful staff, value for money, some music & entertainment in the evening, underground pass to the beach, beds & soft drinks included on the beach. also I had a room with a beautiful view 🫶🌊The food was OK.

The choice of food could be better. I know, some people like dill but it was very often on the salads. You shouldn’t use it very often. The beach could be cleaner.

Small pool and dirty, not enough sun loungers for the amount of guests, lack of variety for food, no entertainment on site so can get a bit boring, serve drinks (even alcoholic) in plastic cups! Service is poor. Rooms are outdated

The staff is really great. Special thanks to the hotel manager Mehmet who not only helped with all questions but also provided me with a place in the office so that I could work. Food: Tasty. Large selection of vegetables and fruits. Pool: Clean Beach: There was no such thing as a bar (only tea, and water), but that's even a plus - no music on the beach :)

Beach towels and safe for a fee. But the safe holds a laptop.

Towels could have been shaped as swans on beds when arrival to show a romantic honeymoon/anniversary look. However, thanks for the fruit basket and champagne! :-)

I can’t fault this hotel in any way my self an friends had such an amazing time / experience we plan to make a visit every year. An the service was top class . It was an extension of my stay for just a week Every thing was so wonderful and it was magnificent to have dinner by the swimming pool and enjoy watching the Turkish folklore and oriental dance (belly Dance) shows.

-Delicious food that is not only tasty but fresh, variable and not repetitive with plenty of choices. -The sea view from the room was incredibly amazing and it was really breathtaking at sunrise and sunset. -The restaurant staff and the waiters are all active and working hard, they made such a great effort to serve lots of guests and keeping every thing very clean and tidy. I'd like to express my deep gratitute for them and for all the hotel staff for their kindness and politness -The front office manager, a decent guy with a brilliant smile and he is always welcoming guests. - The Otel is taking all the necessary measures strictly and seriously to protect all the staff and guests against covid-19 however it seems that the pandemic has not yet hit Alanya - The hotel is a quite safe place and I do recommend it for all tourists and families with kids - It was really such a great time to relive all the stress that was experienced during the lockdown time due to the pandemic.

I bet I might have put on weight a bit because the food was so delicious, I had to practice running, jugging and stop eating bread but I could not resist eating the dessert especially the kunafa with pistachio and Baklava
