This was our third stay at Crush’s Crash Pad. We are always excited to stay here because it feels like home. So nice to stay in familiar surroundings and exciting to explore the new additions to this beautiful home. They are always an upgrade to enhance your comfort.
I noticed new showers in a couple of the bathrooms. Last visit it was the television on the pool patio. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped. So nice to have the large capacity washer and dryer too. Meta and Mike are awesome hosts. They responded quickly to any questions before or during our stay. They checked in to make sure things were going well. Their attention to detail makes you feel like you are dealing with a good friend. We love having a pool right out the back door. It is only a short walk to the Community Pool and water park. The house is equipped with plenty of pool towels and pool toys. We can’t wait for our next visit which we have booked already!

We have rented this house a few times now and always have a great stay. We did have a small issue with the toilet but someone was out the next day to fix it and they apologized many times. Issues come up, it’s how they are handled that matters most. The service is great. Our favorite part is that they have everything you could need. So many kitchen appliances and the grill help a ton. We go for a couple weeks and we try to cook a good amount at the house. The pool is amazing as always too.

Our family of 12 including 4 kids and 8 adults had the best time at Metta's home for our 18 night stay. It was beautiful and had everything we needed even down to large fluffy pool towels! It was so clean that I felt like I was in my own home! The furniture and beds we so comfortable and we had more than enough plates, glasses, silverware and pots and pans to use. Not to mention the grill they provided made mealtimes very easy. Everyone was able to spread out because there is so much room. The pool was perfect and getting to view the waterpark from it especially at night was very nice. Our grandkids loved the waterpark and it was just a couple of minutes walk from the house. The only negative thing that happened is we had to leave!! But we will be back!!

This house worked out great for our family. The pool and spa were a great place to relax and wind down after a long day at the Disney parks. We were so busy at Disney by the time we got home, we didnt get to take advantage of the game room. The house had plenty of room for our group, we had 6 adults and 1 baby. There was easily room for another couple. The neighborhood is very nice and the pool, fitness center and convenience store are a great bonus. The owner was very responsive to our questions and we would recommend staying here. Next time we visit the area, we will likely stay here again.

1st time renting a home and not staying on Disney property and this was definitely the way to go! Place was huge, heated pool and hot tub so could use even when cooler out, game room, games to play,full stocked kitchen to cook! Plus super close to Disney! I think it took maybe 15 min or less most days! Property was also great with other pools, water slides, a little convience store and a small gym I used . Just great overall!

The home was clean and cozy. It felt like home away from home. I appreciated the complimentary heated pool and propane for the grill. The massage chairs were most definitely a plus as well. Overall my family loved the stay and will plan to return.

We had a wonderful time staying at your gorgeous property, it was a home away from home for us. Everything you need is there, We relaxed and enjoyed the great pool and lanai. My granddaughters were in the pool when we weren't at the Disney parks. Will rent again in the future.

Even before we came down to this home the communication and response time from the owner and management company was great. We walked into the home and it smelled so clean. We have stayed in many hotels and homes in the past and have never had it just smell clean like this. Compared to other homes we rented in the past, this one had lots of extra supplies and things available. We just needed to buy our food for the week and they thought of everything else. We already booked a return visit before we even left this house. The setup of the home is perfect for our large family and gives enough space and privacy. The view of the lake and quick walk to the clubhouse and pool was a huge plus as well.

For starters, we got so lucky when we saw that the exact dates of our July 2022 Disney trip matched up perfectly and we only had one month to go. We enjoyed a full family vacation the year before and knew that when the dates matched, we had to cancel the plans already made for staying "on site" to come back to this dream home.
My two littles ADORE this house, so much so, that they were the first ones in the massage chairs and eager to hop into "their hot tub".
Being avid Disney fans, we spend early mornings and long nights at the park. Knowing we have busy days, there is NOTHING more rewarding than coming back to "crash" at "Crush's Pad". The beds and comforters are so comfortable! The way the house is set up allows for a family to truly spread out and give each other space to do what they'd like (happy hour on the pool patio, watching TV from the pool at night, arcade family night, etc.).
If we're lucky enough to make our way back down to Florida next summer, we will be most definitely try to come back to this home away from home.

We have stayed at Windsor Hills before, but we all have to say that Crush’s Crash Pad was by far the best. Location was great over looking the lake.
We would definitely stay there again and have all ready recommended it to family and friends.
The grandchildren loved the pool especially after being at the parks. Some days the didn’t even want to go to the theme parks they loved being by the pool. They all loved the game’s room.
We couldn’t fault the home at all. Well decorated , comfortable beds, like being at home except for the fantastic weather.
Meta was very helpful with any questions I had and replied to me very quickly.

We've stayed at several different properties in this neighborhood, in this one was by far the best. All the beds were very comfortable. Having supplies already in the house was amazing. It's worth paying a little extra to be able to start enjoying your vacation right away versus fighting the lines in walmart.

Property management is very professional and helped to accommodate a few additional needs in a timely fashion. Check in very easy, we like the gated feature of the neighborhood for safety. Home had everything to allow us to enjiy, relax and eat. Kitchen is well stocked. Bedrooms are very comfortable. Nice having 4 king beds for us adults and the grandchildren enjoyed their rooms. Game room is amazing! Plenty of pool towels, bath towels to accommodate us all.
We'll be back next year with children and grandchildren. Thank you!

This home was wonderful for my family of 11 (ages ranged from 2-68) The home was very clean upon arrival which was a huge PLUS! home had everything for starters. PLENTY of towels, blankets, utensils and so on! My little toddlers LOVE the princess room, the Game room was a great bonus as well. We all enjoyed the lovely pool after LONG days after the parks. The owners were so wonderful overall and we enjoyed our gift as well. Husband and I are already planning next year's trip. We will most definitely be staying on this property again!

We can’t say enough good about our stay! In reading reviews on other properties the common theme was lack of towels, lack of bedding, etc. None of these were issues for our stay here. Home was clean, new furniture and the tv outside on the pool deck was a great addition! Property management was super easy to reach as well. We’ll definitely be staying here again on future visits!

Thank you for a lovely place to stay during our Disney vacation this February. The location of the house was perfect. We enjoyed the pool - super clean and nice and warm. The WiFi in the house was excellent. We appreciated having the ability to do laundry, all the appliances were awesome. The beds were super comfortable as well. Meta (the owner) and Vanesa from 1st of Orlando were easy to contact for questions. We highly recommend this rental!!!

We booked another property months in advance and 3 days before we left for the property, the owner cancelled on us stating damage from a recent storm. We found this property last minute and we’re so glad we did. The property was exponentially better than our original. The owners were fantastic about communication. I don’t just mean good, they were fantastic. I could tell from the minute I booked that they cared more about my family enjoying our time together than their own financial gain from the rental. (Not saying looking for the financial gain is bad, but when you do what is right by your clients, the financial gain will come.)
The accommodations were more than we could have hoped for. My sons lived in the game room for the week and the rest of us took turns moving from the massage chairs to the hot tub. 😂 The only minor issues that did arise were IMMEDIATELY!! addressed by the owner. The home had everything you need from a fully stocked kitchen to, linens, towels, soaps, tissue etc.
As if this wasn’t enough of a glowing review, the owners felt bad about our previous booking being cancelled and made sure to have an extra treat there for us. It was true customer service. Book this one with confidence. You won’t be disappointed. Just don’t book it for any of the future times we plan on coming back.

LOVED this home. Had everything you need. By far the best rental house myself, my husband and our 6 kids have stayed at.
My children loved the Mickey waffle maker.
The beds were comfy. Pool had floaties and toys already. Outdoor furniture was beautiful. I love that the home was so well stocked. Extra garbage bags, paper towels, dish washer tabs etc. was nice not to have to purchase salt and pepper and the little things.
We had no issues and would recommend this rental to everyone. Very clean and great location. 10mins from Disney parks! Thank you for a lovely stay!!

Above and Beyond Great Stay
Wow. WE love Windsor Hills and have stayed before, but this was hands down the nicest house we had. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the features inside were a nice touch, great kitchen tools and not flimsy, and just perfect for our trip. The hosts were incredibly responsive both before and while we were on the trip. My kids loved the theming and the walk to the spray park and castle park were very easy. Also loved it was the first street from the entrace. We were far enough away to not hear anything and close enough for ease to get in and out of the community. The last night we even saw fireworks from the hottub. We have stayed in houses before, the water pressure here was great, AC was great, all tvs had access and incredible library of DVDs for the kids and games. We had a blast and would absolutely stay here again!

Pictures don’t give this property justice. This place is gorgeous. The beds are comfortable, the game room is complete with all types of games that ranges from infants to elderly adults. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, plates, glasses, pots, and pans.

Awesome house experience! The house was adorably decorated. The kids loved it. The house had everything you could possibly need! The game room was so fun. The pool has a beautiful view of the lake and clubhouse. The beds were all comfortable and the massage chairs were fabulous. We are already looking to purchase one since now we got spoiled having access to them🤣The hosts were wonderful. They sent my daughter a gift basket since she turned 10 this week ❤️ it’s a beautiful neighborhood and very secure. I would recommend this spot for sure.

Super clean, well-appointed home!
My family and I had the most wonderful time staying here!! The house was exactly as it appeared in the listing and had everything we needed for our FL vacation. The washer & dryer were huge and came in really handy!! All the bedrooms were a great size with super comfortable beds. The sliding door to the pool area had a pool alarm which was such a great feature since we had multiple young kids with us as well as a pool gate. These two safety features were GREAT!
The community itself was also great! The park was a short walk (less than five minutes) from the house and provided a lot of shade which was a bonus because of the Florida heat. The clubhouse and waterpark was less than a ten minute walk! Very clean and so much fun.
My entire family had such a great time here and would definitely stay again if we’re in the area! Thank you, Meta for such a wonderful stay in your home!

We have just had a wonderful stay at this luxurious property, the owners were very quick to resolve an issue with the pool after a storm and were very kind to let us have a late checkout. The house was spotless and the beds very comfy! The resort has a wonderful location too and we look forward to staying again soon.

Fantastic House
This house is off the charts awesome. You walk in and are immediately at home. The house is decorated in amazing colors and tones and such cute items, so relaxing and soothing after a long day at the parks. The beds are super comfortable. The massage chairs put this place over the top. The kitchen has everything you need for meals at home. The views from the pool over the lake are wonderful. This house has plenty of room to come together, hang out, and watch movies or play games or to let the teenagers have their own space. Everyone loved the game room. It was a blast!! Can't wait to go back.

One of the Best Villas in Windsor Hills!
We needed to extend our stay in the area, and absolutely loved our time here! Michael & Meta are incredibly kind, caring & attentive owners who ensure you have everything needed and much more!! The home is spotless and well taken care of by a great property management team. The beautiful water view, privacy by the pool area and close proximity to clubhouse & large playground make this villa extra special! Definitely one of the best locations in Windsor Hills! Spent an entire day just relaxing & enjoying the sunny & warm pool & spa. LOVED the massage chairs to wind down in the evening- such a unique feature to find in vacation rentals. Fun game room with pool table and arcade, large collection of Blu Ray DVDs & board games and well equipped kitchen make this home perfect for family getaways. And for those with mobility issues, there is a nice walk-in shower with shower chair in the main floor bath and safety handrails for pool & spa. Thank you so much for your amazing hospitality and we look forward to a future stay!

Best Stay Ever A+++++++
This is our first stay at this house and will not be the last for sure. If I could give a 100+ star it will not be enough. We had the best stay and best service and communication with the host and management company. We I sent a message to ask about anything they replied within few minutes. There were so many kids stuff that helped with the stay. specially the high chair and the stairs gate. My daughters loved the bunk bed in the Rapunzel room. The pool was the best part for my kids. Everything about this house is amazing. Thank you so much for everything.

Amazing
Beautiful home! We stayed a week for some R&R. The pool was amazing! So warm and clean! Lots of sun on the patio for tanning! The covered part was awesome too. Beds were comfy. The whole house is super well appointed. Lots of towels and blankets. The kitchen has EVERYTHING you’d ever need and more! The massage chair was heavenly! Great house! We would definitely book again!
