A very nice accommodation, well located with a nice terrace and great view of the lake. Coffee served in the morning was excellent.

hotel is in a quiet area outside of the central Bellagio. It is very confortable, the terrace is nice and confortable. Free parking is available near by and pay parking inside the property.

it’s super clean, tided and well organised. Morning croissants are marvellous.

Short walk to Bellagio town, responsive staff and optional breakfast was available at additional charge. Rooms were clean and had a balcony.

Room size was on the small side, meaning it could get cramped when opening larger sized bags, but good enough for a short stay. Parking in the garden comes with an additional charge per night. There is no lift on the property, but this wasn’t an issue for us.

Lovely location. Lovely balcony with lake view. No breakfast room but given choice of delivered to room or in the pretty garden area. We had it delivered to room and had it on the balcony.

small bathroom and if you wanted air conditioning it was an extra 5 euros a day. we did not need air conditioning since we were there in October but I would imagine it would get hot in the summer.

Fantastic location on the quiet side of Bellagio. Super close to the lake for a lovely swim, and helpful friendly staff. Great breakfast ordered up to our room to eat on the balcony!

Location is very far from ferry terminal and town. Taking the shortcuts helps, but if you have a luggage it will be difficult. Air conditioning was extra charge, so it was quite cold during the night.

Nice to sit out on small patio to view the lake.

Apartment quite a walk from the downtown area all up-hill. No coffee supplied - something so simple like a few coffee pods would have been nice. Short on towels. Felt a little sparse, minimalist. The downstairs basement bedroom very sparse and had iron bars which seemed to be a safety issue if there was a fire or needed to get out of the bedroom. A mirror really needed downstairs as bathroom was small and could only accomodate one person at a time with small mirror. Hair dryer poor quality/weak.

We loved it! Hilly terrain and cobblestone stair pathway between B&B and downtown Bellagio. Taxi service is scarce so be prepared if you have mobility issues

Ideal location away from the port so quieter but near the water and with a balcony. Good swimming spot near by.

A steep hill with steps from the port to the b&b but worth the walk.

maybe a little bit away from the usual access to Bellagio, but that has nothing to do with the quality of the B&B.

Really lovely hotel within walking distance of Bellagio. Rooms are very well appointed and the hotel is very well run. Off street parking is available on the property for a modest daily charge.
