Le buffet du petit déjeuner pas assez continental (pas assez de choix sur le salé, un seul fruit proposé...) Le dîner de l'hôtel à revoir, service rapide, on enlève les assiettes sans demander si vous avez fini, déçu par rapport aux photos fournis sur le site qui ne correspondent aux produits.

Everything was fresh and new. Therefore it was super clean. The size of the hotel was just right. It was large enough and spread out enough to accommodate all the guests without any overcrowding. It was peaceful with very few children and no boisterous guests. The thermal pool is fantastic. The temperature ranged from 34c on cold, wet days to 37 on warm sunny days. We really felt that the 30 minutes we spent in the pool every day were hugely beneficial to our joints and muscles.

The breakfast offered sparse choice. For example, the standard breakfast offered only boiled eggs - no option for fried or scrambled. There was usually only one fruit per day - pineapple one day; melon; kiwi fruit. On one day there was both apple and banana. It has to be said that the fruits were excellent. There was one daily salami and little choice of bread types. The evening anti pasta selection was quite good. Thereafter it was rather a narrow Table d’haute. But all was well presented and the modest cost of the half board was reflected in all of this. There was no complementary water in the rooms and no water on sale in the hotel. We discovered this is usual in Ischia. It meant we had to buy room water supplies in the supermarket which was not close by and kept the normal, small town restricted hours, and lug it back to the hotel on foot. Post dinner tea/coffee was not served at the table. Instead you had to go a considerable distance, especially when it the weather was inclement (which it was on two of the days of our stay) to the pool bar. The recompense was that the barmen there were charming and good fun and on occasion there was a very good entertainer.

The location is good.

The staff at the reception wasn't as welcoming. The room was very small and very old. Shower was terrible. The balcony is shared with other rooms and when someone smokes on the same balcony, you inhale their smoke. Breakfast was very poor, chaotic, and staff was not helpful and rude. Hotel wasn't prepared to deal with the downpour and water came in to the lobby and puddles by the entrance were knee deep. Will not stay there again.

The pool and grounds were lovely. Really appreciated the welcome drink. Some individual staff were lovely.

Stressed out restaurant staff with poor service (ap ap (apart from the elder gentleman who was just the happiest guy I’ve ever seen). Felt like we had to ask the exact perfect question to get help. Asked for help getting to the port, was told there was no way of getting to the port except walking only to have a local bus fly past us on the way down. Loads of mosquitos by the pool only.

The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. There were beautiful beaches close by and a bus stop right next to the hotel so the location was perfect. Breakfast was good and the view from our room’s balcony was amazing.
