Look no further, this beautifully decorated condo will put you at ease the moment you walk through the door. The layout of the condo, the decor and view will have you returning year after year. It was such a pleasure working with Monica. She stayed in contact with us and made certain we had everything we needed for our week stay.

Stayed here for a week over the summer, our first trip to 30A. The property was incredible, pics were exactly what you get. It was very very clean, the beds and linens were SUPER comfortable. You could easily fit 2 families with kids here. Beach access was super easy, the chairs were such a nice add-on. Only feedback is that the grills out by the pool need to be cleaned but thats probably on the HOA not the specific condo owners. But that fact that there even is a grill to use is awesome. With little kids, you had to drive to any restaurant down by Alys & Rosemary or up in Seagrove / Seaside. But because of the location there were not a zillion people at this property either. Lastly, the beach & water were amazing. Not very rough seas, crystal clear water, sand was so soft. Waves not big enough to boogieboard but def could skimboard. 9.5/10 will def book here again.

Reasons why I’d stay again: - Monica was available and quick to answer my questions. -Prior to our arrival I was given all entry codes to the condo, beach access, pool and storage closet. -The 4th floor balcony offered a great view. - The pool was just down the hallway on the 4th floor as well. -Private beach access with complimentary beach umbrella and chairs waiting for us each day. -Separate storage closet, for all beach gear as well as beach chairs, buckets, and smaller umbrellas to use if needed. -5min quick walk to the beach -10 mins to the closest Publix -The rooms were clean Based on my experience I would definitely stay here again.

This penthouse condo exceeded all expectations. The gulf views from the bedrooms and balcony are breathtaking. The location is ideal, with Rosemary and Alys Beaches minutes to the east and Seaside down the road to the west. The new Publix at Watersound Town Center is just 5 minutes away. The condo itself has everything you need for a relaxing family beach vacation. Our daughters loved the bunk beds with built-in TVs. The kitchen and open floorplan are ideal. The beds and furniture were incredibly comfortable. The rooftop pool is a great amenity. The fact this unit includes beach chairs takes it to another level. There's no worrying about claiming a spot on the beach each morning. The deeded access is just across the street. We had a wonderful time and can't wait to return next year.

No complaints. Monica was great. Condo was clean and amenities were awesome.

Excellent location and facility. We have stayed in this complex multiple times over the past 5 years but this was the best unit located on the 4th floor, close to the pool and a great view of the Gulf. There were many construction issues with upgrading the complex (which had not been communicated) but owners were responsive and fantastic at addressing the items they could influence. I would go back to the same unit.

This condo is really nice and spacious, and the owner/manager of the unit was extremely responsive to any small issues we had during our stay. We really enjoyed the large balcony, rooftop pool area which is on the same floor, private beach access, and close proximity to Rosemary, Alys, Seacrest, and Seaside communities with many coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, etc. all within relatively easy biking distance. We rented bikes for the kids and also brought our own bikes and were able to bike everywhere we needed to go. There are a large number of bike racks just behind the building next to the parking lot. Would definitely recommend this condo and hope to stay again in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay in the 30A All Day property. Monica was fantastic to work with. Every communication I had with her was responded to in minutes and with the information I needed. She went above and beyond to make our stay great. The location was great because it was near the house that our family was staying in, however we would rather stay closer to one of the other beach areas with walkable shops and restaurants. Beach access was very easy and close but it didn't have a shower or sprayer for after walking in the sand. The property was clean and had all of the paper products, linens and detergents/soaps you would need- that was hugely helpful for us! It is a great set up for a family with kids bringing a nanny or grandparents to stay with you. The living room and kitchen were all very spacious and accommodable. The kitchen appliances were a challenge to use only because of the labels being rubbed off of the dials and the pans could use an update but all worked and did the job. Overall it was fantastic and if we were in the area, would definitely stay here again. Thank you Monica!

We loved this Condo for our trip, everything was beautiful. The view from the balcony was lovely and the beach is just a walk across the street. The amenities including the pool and workout room are really nice and enjoyed by everyone in our family. Monica was excellent at responding to any of our questions right away and was very helpful! We had a very nice trip and will definitely stay here again!

We loved this Condo for our trip. It was very clean and tidy. We loved the amenities (pool, workout room). The best was that there was a view of the ocean from the balcony and the beach was simply a walk across the street. Close to Rosemary and Alys (a bike ride away)... Monica was excellent at responding at responding to my questions right away. It was an easy, relaxing and nice trip. I would definitely stay here again.

The condo was perfect for a family with 3 young children. Our kids loved the bunk bed room setup and tv area. Plenty of space for everyone. Balcony is spacious with great views. Pool area and hot tub are also very well done. Quick walk to beach!

Very convenient and easy to plan with short notice. Convenient to beach and amenities were nice with it being packaged with condo development. Very quick and timely response to an AC issue. Would definitely stay there again!

Nice unit. As advertised. Property manager was responsive to questions/concerns. Well equipped. Across street from beach. Note that there is a significant stair hike down to the beach (after crossing street) which made hauling chairs, coolers, kids a bit of drag. Pool/hot tub at complex on 4th floor were nice and super convenient, but needed more attention to keep it clean. Grills were out of order when we were there so a little bad luck for us. But overall, our party enjoyed our stay at unit 403 in Waterhouse.

We LOVED our stay at this property. The 4th floor condo has amazing views of the Gulf and was literally a 4 minute walk from the door to the beach. The room was well-appointed and a couple of very minor issues were handled promptly by the owners. Location to the beach and proximity of a cut-through to 98 makes for an ideal location. We will DEFINITELY be back!!!

This was a great property at an amazing location. This condo is on the 4th floor and was less than a 4 minute walk to the beach from our door to the beach. Well-appointed and clean, this certainly will NOT be out last time to this location! Some minor issues once we arrived that were quickly resolved by the owner. I was more than impressed by the updates and continued engagement. Loved the fact that we had two chairs and an umbrella that came with the property. The gentlemen who manage the chair/umbrella service were quite accommodating and helpful. Overall, a great stay!

We had a wonderful trip and would rent the property again

It's hard to be disappointed about being in Florida by the beach during Spring. However, Realjoy did their best to disappoint us and eventually did, making our annual trip to Florida an experience and a lesson. We will never book another property with this company. We originally booked this stay for March 2020. Due to the shutdowns in 2020, we postponed our stay after going back and forth with Realjoy on how to best handle moving the reservation. At the end of it all, there was no chance of a refund, we had difficulty with rescheduling dates and then, above everything else, we had to pay above and beyond the original paid price due to their pricing structure based on demand for 2021 (mind you, we originally reserved this property in December 2019). So needless to say, we made this trip (and paid the extra fees) already skeptical about what we would encounter due to dealing with this company. During the stay, there were issues with bugs, an ice maker that didn't work, issues with the washing machine, and the hot tub had no heat. It's one thing to have these issues, I suppose. However, the audacity of it all is that this property management company wanted us to be home and wait on site so that someone would be home for the service repair folks. In other words, "sorry there are bugs in your condo, please stay inside during your vacation and wait while we send someone to spray." Really? Remind me again the role and purpose of a property manager? We were then awakened at 7am on our second to last day with loud hammering. And not just the hammering across the street (more on that below) but from up above on the roof. Apparently, there were some water leaks that needed to be fixed. There was no notice about the repairs taking place in the early morning. The timing and lack of notice points to a recurring theme that this is a property company that doesn't care about people. Last, there is a large new condo that is going up right across the street. This wouldn't be something to write about necessarily except it blocks the majority of the ocean view. The photo being used on VRBO for this property still has original clear view of the ocean. The fact that it's not updated with the current view is misleading. We love Florida and love staying in this area. We will be back but we will not stay at another property managed by Realjoy.

Beautiful place and location. Easy access to beach. Perfectly clean!

Condominium was as pictured, beautiful and spacious. Very good sized bedrooms and nice kitchen. Kitchen lacks comforts of what we’ve experienced at other properties. View from unit not as pictured - large crane and 4 story construction in progress.

Great location with gulf views and short walk to private beach area. Condo is spacious, exactly as pictured, with great amenities. Look forward to staying here again!

It was absolutely perfect! Very relaxing! We called the property manager to inquire about a few things and they were very helpful. We knew what to expect because we have stayed in Waterhouse before and loved it. We'll definitely be back!
