Place was great. Clean, quiet, everything we needed. Check in was a bit confusing but I think it was the app, not the host. Really nice seafood and drinks just 5 minute walk away with a nice public pier nearby. Had a nice stay.

Being teachers and ending the school year, this vacation spot was just what we needed. The place was quiet and restful with a beautiful view from the balcony and was nestled into the small and quaint downtown of St.Mary’s. We also spent a day on Cumberland Island and loved how close we were to the ferry! Definitely recommend.

Beautifully decorated private guest suite. It was a perfect place for my husband and I. Everything was clean and ready when we arrived. The mini fridge and coffee maker were very convenient. It’s within walking distance to several restaurants, shops and the Cumberland Island ferry. We even ventured out to Amelia and Jekyll Islands. We would definitely stay there again!!

Loved the décor! Very quiet and private. Woke up to a rainbow the first morning looking out into a beautiful view of the marsh. Hosts were there to greet us and very pleasant to talk with. Excellent location. We biked to everything. Will definitely come back and stay here again!

Loretta is amazing and she also has a wealth of local knowledge. Check in is as easy as it gets, the location of the property as well as the cleanliness put this rental far beyond anything else in the area. I am glad that Loretta continues to share her beautiful place on the river with the world. Thanks again Loretta for another great weekend in St. Marys!

I enjoyed my stay, comfortable, clean and safe. Perfect place for me. Love the view and the pretty decor. Check in wasn't the simplest I've ever done but that was the only thing, other than that exceptional.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Loretta's place. The location was great for taking the ferry to Cumberland Island, just a few blocks away. The property was beautiful and felt very peaceful and secluded. The check-in process was easy and the room was super clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend her place if you are planning a trip to that area.

My husband and I enjoyed staying in this St Marys property. The views were breathtaking and the location was perfect! We enjoyed walking along the waterfront and throughout downtown! The space was charming and had everything we needed for our stay. The hosts were great to work with and very accommodating. We’d live to stay here again!

The room did not have a TV. The room did not have a microwave. The dorm frig makes a noise so loud we had to shut the door to try and sleep. The bed is very very hard and uncomfortable. My wife slept in the bathtub on blankets and I slept on an inflatable mattress I placed on top of the bed mattress. The room's HVAC unit would not cool the space until well after dark. It's 1/2 ton to small. It was 80 inside when we arrived and she knew we were coming. The door to the garage will not lock to keep people out. Someone could easily be waiting on you inside once you exit the steps from the room. The only door you can lock has a 1/2 inch space all the way around it. Easily able for anyone to break in when locked. The door to the balcony doesn't have blinds or curtains. Worth maybe $25.00 a night if you can sleep hot. Worst rip off I've every paid for and we travel a lot.

With a lovely view of the river, this private retreat was simply perfect. The town of St. Marys is awesome with great shops and restaurants. Having this peaceful place with its fabulous porch made our visit even more relaxing!

A very clean place to stay that is quiet and has a secluded feel but also within walking distance to anything in St Mary's. Loretta was prompt and friendly at check in and has some great tips for places to eat. Will definitely be our go to place in St Mary's. We loved our stay here.

We booked this rental, on a split second decision, to getaway on an extended weekend in St Marys. We did a quick search, we liked what we saw...... and just booked it. We couldn't have made a better choice. This place is a real gem.It's secluded and very private...... but still, literally right next to the best restaurant ..... possibly in the whole State?The marina and " downtown " St Marys is just a quick, easy walk away. Everything of interest in the area is within striking distance of this place......Cumberland Island, Crooked river State park, Kings bay Submarine base, Jacksonville. The room is spacious, the garage below kept our bikes secure and the balcony was breezy and protected from the rain. There isn't much of a view from the balcony because of an oak and palm tree blocking the view....... but we only sat out there at night anyways, so it's not like it matters. The fact that there is no kitchen was irrelevant....... the mini fridge and coffee maker handled most needs. We brought our Yeti cooler and a toaster for breakfast toast We came for the seafood anyways........ and had no need to cook ourselves.If you are wanting to getaway from it all, yet be in the middle of everything there is to do....... this is your place.

Nice room very quiet host very nice a check in. Only thing I would add would be a TV for guests who like to watch TV.Thanks for the nice getaway.
