Our host was fantastic and attentive. Gave us good tips, very kindly accomodated our early check in, and offered us fantastic mirto. Room was large, perfectly clean, comfortable, and furnished with very good taste.

The breakfast was very good and satisfying with wonderful cappuccino! The rooms were very nice and clean with good air conditioning (during summer I appreciate this). The bathroom was big and clean with a nice shower. It's a cute small B&B near the beach (within a short walking distance). We enjoyed very much the evening in the surroundings with tents selling art and crafts, and souvenirs. The streets were full of nice restaurants to eat outside. The owner is super nice and helpful. We will definitely come back to stay at B&B De Janas when in the area.

We stayed in four lodgings on Sardinia and B&B De Janas was my favourite, even though it had the lowest price point. It scored high on the typical metrics for lodging, including amenities, breakfast, cleanliness, room size and layout, communication with host, location, value for money, etc. But it also scored high on — what I consider — the minor yet memorable details such as strong water pressure, storage, shelves, and hooks (particularly in the bathroom to put toiletries and towels), and the option for daily housekeeping.
Since the room (double bed + single) did not have windows to open for ventilation, it meant locking the outer door and opening the shutters partway then leaving the inner door open to control the airflow. This wasn't an issue for us personally, but I'm writing this more as an FYI that this is the workaround for not having a window. I don't know if the other rooms are like this. The outer door with shutters as the only locking door may feel less secure than the inner glass door.

Everything was perfect. Not only the breakfast, but also the entire location including the hospitality from the host. The room was cleaned everyday and next to a little fridge, a tv and very comfortable (soft or hard , whatever you prefer) beds everything was ideal. This place has a very high standard in comparison to other places in Sardegna where I've been. Another thing that is very nice to have: a rainshower-head !! I would recommend this place even to my best friends :-)

We loved absolutely everything about this place. The owner was very informative and accommodating. Breakfast was awesome and plentiful. The apartments are within walking distance to the town centre and beach, yet in a really quite location. I totally recommend.

The location for this B&B îs very good. Close to the beach and close to the center and restaurants area. The host pays close attention to the tourists needs. Very clean rooms. I recommend and we will definitely be back

Perfect location close to beaches, restaurants and supermarket. Everything you need is nearby in walking distance. Parking is no problem if you have a car.
Aligi is a perfect host, he helped us with everything. For example he gave us a sun umbrella for the whole stay of one week. Also he prepared vegan options for breakfast for us. He can help organizing tours or give you advice where to go. His english is perfect so it was easy to communicate.
Rooms are renovated with AC and get cleaned daily. For us the bed was very comfortable compared to other places in 2 weeks Sardinia.

The property has been recently remodeled and offers all sorts of comforts. It's in a prime position in La Caletta, by the touristic harbour and close to the main beach, restaurants and shops. The rooms are bright and equipped with kettle, fridge, flat screen tv with free amazon prime video and amenities kit. Highly recommended!
