séjour génial appartement au top pour un couple la vue est magnifique il est proche de tout les commerces marjorie la propriétaire est très agréable et très réceptive je recommande !!!

Déja l'hotesse qui est très aimable et sympathique !L'emplacement superbe ,très propre et y a tout ce qu'il faut !Les draps ne sont pas fournis c'est bien marqué dans les instructions on a ramené ce qu'il faut ,au top aucun problème ,sanitaires impeccables ,le clic clac assez confortable ,on est ravie Merci Marjorie et au plaisir dans votre bel appartement 😀

I've booked a studio at Bezieres Cap D'agde which was advertised to have a pool opened during my stay.Actually it was the only one reason-because of having a pool!!! We arrived there and it turned out there was a damage deposit I needed pay before I can check-in. I've agreed and paid it as I missed that part from the important information. We were given instructions how to get the key from a locker room which was 15 min away from the property!!! After checking in we were advised to arrange a meeting with a person who to come and check when we leave so we can get the deposit back?!Then we tried to find the pool and asked a person in the building who told us that the pool is yet to opened in a few weeks or so!?We texted the host about it and she was surprised to hear that it was advertised with a pool opened!?. She even asked us for proove to see where did we see that. After I sent her a screenshot couple of times she didn't reply anything and changed the information in booking.com. On the second day we got a message from the person who was supposed to check our room to arrange time. We did that and then she told us, I repeat she told us, we need to clean and tidy the property before check out!So,we had to wake up at 6 am, to clean perfectly just to be calm that the money would be refunded!THIS IS MEAN!They just blackmail their guests and because everyone is afraid for his money !!! What on earth is happening there? They ask for a deposit then force you to clean, false advertising?! How Booking supports a host like that and such an attitude towards the guests?!!!She ruined our holiday with that dodgy scheme!!On top of all there were ants in the bathroom I even took a video. There is no bedding, towels or any kind of toiletries,there was an iron but no ironing board, am I supposed to bring all of theese for a holiday stay?! I wrote a complaint to Booking twice,but I had never receive a reply!Bitterly disappointed!! I won't let this go like that!!!

La terrasse sans hésitation vraiment magnifique sur le du Cap d’Adge.la roue les commerces à proximités Studio très propre , décoré avec beaucoup de goût une literie confortable bref le top ! Merci à Marjorie la propriétaire qui fut toujours disponible et avenante . La piscine sans doute mais fermée car séjour hors saison ;)

Attention problème avec le seul chauffage " portatif " pas très efficace il faisait très froid

Wir standen vor der Tür, aber die Modalitäten für den Zugang wurden uns innerhalb der folgenden Eincheckzeit nicht mitgeteilt. telefonischer Kontakt zur schnellen Klärung war nicht möglich, nur sehr umständliche und zögerliche WhatsApp kommunikation. Aus dem Angebot vor der Buchung kam für uns nicht ersichtlich heraus, dass der kurzfristige Zugang für selbigen gebuchten Abend gar nicht möglich seien könne. Es wurde nachfolgend so getan, als wären wir nicht angereist oder hatten storniert, statt uns das Buchungsgeld zu erstatten, nachdem uns der Zugang gar nicht möglich gemacht worden war. Das empfinden wir als extrem unlauter und nicht Vertrauen erweckend.

Logement TRÈS SALE à mon arrivé, j'ai donc appelé l'hôte pour lui demander une annulation. Très hautaine, aucun remboursement n'a été effectué. Je ne pouvais pas passer la nuit dans ces conditions. La personne à encaissé l'argent sans que j'y passe la nuit. Je déconseille !
