To start with, the advert says there is parking but there was no parking, we had to parking on the street. The image shows 3 beds in the room we booked but there were only two beds. On contacting the host, the host’s responses was that this is all they have available. The toilets were very small and the showers were not clean.

Hi in sun 9 Apr -mon 10 Apr I stay that night I want to say same thing about the accommodation service I want to complain absolutely very very dirty accommodation and the have bed bugs in the room me and wife with my 3 children we haven’t sleep that night and very where is dirty and smelling like Rubbish and I take it same pictures the room for just proof and I have some pictures for bedbugs. I’m coming from London I haven’t seen a county serviced accommodation like that in my life so what I’m going to do I will report to the newspaper and social media facebook Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat to see evry body can see tha

Clean linen
Communication was terrible, other guests were up all night partying, door handle fell off, showers and toilet were poor.

It was OK but not what I expected
Very rude staff, heat was not great, I asked for 3 single beds and received 2 double which was incomfortable.

Nothing - was scammed of my money and did not get the chance to even stay. Owner blocked our numbers after we paid the full amount and didn’t respond

The room was comfy and spacious
The door at the entrance of the facility was so difficult to lock up, apparently the door had a fault, the toilet seat covers were bad and the toilet was dirty.

I liked the location near anfield
I didn’t like that the parking was on double yellows, that there was hairs in the bed, that there was no teaspoons for the hot drinks. Also needs black out curtains and lights to turn of on hallway, my children was up all night due to how light rooms was.

Location to event
Box 3 given but wrong code given to door box. No place to put your stuff. No side light and main light was blinding. Random hair found in the bed on the table and in the shower. Smell from bathroom was strong, damp or lack of cleaning. No toilet roll! Toilet needs redesigning no space to move whilst in there. Kettle provided but was too big to get water from the tap in the bathroom. 500ml water bottle provided not good enough for 3 people staying. The bedroom was dusty and not for families at all. Extremely noisy even when windows were closed, we hardly slept.

Communication with the accommodation staff was really good and very helpful. The room was good standard and clean yes it's share bathroom but that was not issues for us!

Room Door that would nt lock and was broken the dirty sheets the lack of communication from property on how to access the room on arrival whilst he switched his phone off so could nt be contacted saying he could nt access his app and being called a liar by the owner states he was at the property but didn't come to the room

Rooms were very clean. The building felt secure despite not being staffed. Beds were comfy.
I would prefer a private bathroom however the bathrooms were very close to the rooms.
