The property is fantastic value for money and the staff are all genuinely warm, friendly and accommodating. The entire property was so clean and felt well-cared for, including the beautiful gardens and pool area
Breakfast could have been a bit better, but, overall, not too bad

Although we didn't get to use the outdoor facilities they looked really good and inviting.
The staff were friendly and helpful when we arrived very late.
I thought the rooms were very basic at best.

the night reception that was there on the 10th September was cery helpful. the one who was in the morning was not that much.

Beautiful surrounding, Big swim pool, lovely entrance
No water in the room.
Mattress Very uncomfortable
Very difficult when you wake up in the middle of the night and need water and you don't want to call reception around 3 or 4 am just to ask for water ....
The Mattress MUST be replaced. Very uncomfortable bed. And The Walls Very thin. After a Long day of work all I wanted was to rest but this other guest next door was snoring all night, worst night ever.

Better doors to get a quiet room. Better pillows. Softer mattrass. Better service at front desk. Bartenders where serviceminded. Change some of the plastic chairs around the pool and buy new umbrellas.

The hotel is really nice and clean.
The swimming pool is one of the best parts of the hotel together with the garden area.
Staff is very friendly and helpful
Breakfast it’s a bit poor. It would be nice to have more options like omelette/eggs instead of pizza

The greenery, views, marvellous pools, the trees
We paid €125 for a room with balcony and sea view.
For the price paid for the room, it should have been better. We didn’t have a secluded balcony but a terrace which was cornered off from the main terrace. The rooms need to be upgraded to reflect their price. The fridge door was broken. The rooms could do with a clean white paint. In the photograph advertised for the room, a bath was shown, we only had a shower.

The hotel is really big and have enough parking spots so you don’t need to worry about it.
The swimming pool is huge and the breakfast is enough.
The hotel should be renewed, it seems that the decoration hasn’t change during the last 20 years.
