There was o soup in the property. I consider it basic amenity, something any and all properties must provide. We weren't able to wash our hands (from all viruses which are out there) with soap when we got to the property. Also, adding a few bags of tea would go a long way. It's quite difficult for some travelers to find and buy some tea in the city - many convince shops could be closed or not accepting credit cards. Just a few bags of tea provided could make the experiences much better, especially in the cold months.

Location is great overall. Very close to the the shore and main attractions and restaurants / pubs. However sea view is almost non existent. If you care about sea view - I'd suggest to look for other property.
