The property was very clean and spacious. The front porch has a good view of the ocean and the house is directly across the street from a beach access. There was plenty of parking and a nice back yard area. It was perfect for our family and we hope to stay here again in the future.

We spent 4 nights with friends and it was perfect for all of our needs. We utilized the golf cart downstairs to get to and from Main Street. The beach credit allowed us to get games, a cooler, chairs and an umbrella to take to the beach right across the street! It was spacious and beautiful.

The property was fantastic, spacious, clean and comfortable for our group. As a Charleston local, it was a lovely adventure to be able to wake up at the beach for a few days!

The house was great. Felt very spacious and open. The location was perfect, as it's literally across the street from a beach entrance and you can see the ocean from the front porch. I'd say I wish it had a pool, but because of the beach location being pretty much your front yard, you don't really need it. Also I'd highly recommend the golf cart rental, since it's just a mile from the main strip of Folly. But it's great because you're off the beaten path from all the riff-raff.

Everything was great until the night before check-out. The hot water went out and never came back on. We were without hot water for the duration of our stay. We had kids with us who needed baths and showers. We had to use cold water to get them clean. Completely unacceptable.

This was the perfect house for 3 families with young children! We loved the layout and how close it is to the beach access! We plan to come again !

I hate to give a wonderful review as it would be nice to keep this home quiet. We loved our stay. The pedestrian access is literally right out the front door. The home is beautiful, comfortable and the kitchen is stocked with every utensil you can think of. Thank you for allowing our family to decompress during these difficult times. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and we could not have asked for better weather.

This house provided the perfect amount of space for our family of 6 adults & 2 children. The kitchen was wonderfully large & very well stocked. All beds were comfy, the showers had plenty of hot water, & the proximity to the beach was fabulous! We were very disappointed to learn while exploring the house upon arrival that the back porch was not air conditioned. We were told by Vacasa “sorry...we didn’t change the listing to indicate that.” The temperature in that porch/room at that time was 92 degrees, so be forewarned if you’re planning on someone sleeping on the “sleeping porch.” Also, the latch on the main door leading to said porch broke on Monday. We reported this to Vacasa on Tuesday morning, but it still was not repaired when we left Saturday morning. Nonetheless, we had a great week & all agreed that we would rent this house again!

Our family has been visiting Folly Beach for almost 20 years. We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Blanca. The location of the house is perfect. It is across the street from the public access, so it doesn't take long to walk to the beach. The house had everything we needed for a relaxing week with our family. We had plenty of room for everyone inside the house and outside on the back porch. Our kids loved being close to the local restaurants and shops, but we do recommend renting a golf cart or bikes if you want to go to downtown Folly. We would definitely rent this home again for future family vacations.

We had a great time. You can see the ocean from the huge front deck. The public access is right across from the property. The town was an easy walk, just absolutely fabulous. Under house was a huge parking area, great for street hockey, and the backyard was perfect for football. Everything you need for vacation was there!! We had such an amazing time we are planning our next trip back! The house was absolutely charming!! My only wish would be instead of 2 queen beds, that one of those rooms had 2 twin beds...or black out curtains on the sleeper porch. But no big deal. We loved it !!

What a lovely home! So much room both to sleep and hang out. I just returned from a 60th birthday party with my friend posse and it couldn't have been a better place to rest and enjoy each other. The beach views, comfy couches, amazing porches were all better than the photos. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking items, too. Super easy to deal with the rental agency and there were no problems. I would go back in a heart beat! p.s. Folly Beach town is walking distance and has an amazing general store that stocks pretty much anything you need.

It was perfect. I almost hate to leave a review because I don’t want this house to get so popular we can’t have the availability we want in the future! And we will be renting it again.
Owners have thought of everything. Beautifully decorated and full of thoughtful extras. Kitchen was stocked.
Only two things—not enough toilet paper or paper towels and not enough dish soap. We had to make a Costco run. But, that was a minor inconvenience.
And, check the grill. It never did heat above 300 degrees. We finally went back upstairs and used the oven/stovetop. Again, not a dealbreaker, just needs attention before your next guests.
Can not wait to come back again next year!!

This house was perfect for our family of 7.. 6 married couples plus one a toddler, celebrating Grandpa’s 70th birthday for 4 days in October! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, 2 comfortable gathering places, and a kitchen that was perfect for our hired private chef to cook birthday dinner for us and 6 extra guests. A short walk to reach the beach, outdoor shower, front porch with rockers.. the list could go on. In short a great vacay house!!

The inside of the house was very clean upon arrival, the layout was very functional, it was an excellent location wrt to the beach, and it easily accommodated our entire party. Having 2 refrigerators available was a big plus. The porch, front steps, and area underneath the house were not swept/cleared (I decided to sweep it myself one morning). The lights are labeled on the wall, but for the life of me I could not find the switch to turn off certain lights.

More than enough space for 4 adults and 4 young children. Good ability to separate napping/sleeping kids from sounds in the rest of house. So Convenient to beach and also 5 min walk to playground.

House was very spacious and updated. Had plenty of everything for a great stay. Would recommend for any family and easily accommodates larger families. Definitely on the revisit list.

This home was perfect for my family. We were able to spread out with a number of beds to sleep in while still enjoying each others company out on the back porch. The home was a quick drive or a nice walk down to the Folly Beach area where we could eat all kinds of goodies. We will certainly look to renting this house again.

This homes location is great. I rented the home for my husband's birthday surprise. There was plenty of room for our 5 boys and their families to visit. Our only problem was the two of the beds had some sandy grit in them which made me wonder if the sheets had been changed?

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second stay in this beach house. The home is decorated very nicely, and it had all of the kitchen items that we needed during our stay. The bedrooms are a nice size, and the bunk beds are perfect for children. There is a lovely front porch with rockers, and you have a good view of the ocean from there. The back sun room includes another TV and lots of furniture for additional lounging. However, when we arrived, there were not any trash bags in the trash cans or anywhere else in the home. I called Avocet Realty to tell them that we needed them, and they said they would send someone over. The bags were not delivered until the afternoon of the next day. I had planned to get bags anyway, but I was forced to go to the store before I needed to. Also, I have cat allergies, and I am certain that someone had brought a cat into this home even though it is supposed to be a pet-free property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was perfect for our family gathering of twelve. It is furnished beautifully, and beds were comfortable. Two teenagers slept on the beds on the porch without a problem with the light. Both front and back decks are huge, and you can see the ocean front deck while sipping margaritas in the rockers! It is just a walk across the street to the beach, and a mile walk into town. We cooked every night and kitchen was very well stocked. I brought some things from home because I find kitchen gadgets, platters, bowls usually lacking in beach rentals, but not here! Also drove into Charleston which only took 15 minutes. Avocet was also very easy to work with. A+!!!
