Excellent house that was exactly how it looks online. Super clean and plenty of room. We were there for our kids dance competition at Disney so the location was perfect. The communication with the owner, Sonny, was great. He is super responsive. Definitely recommend staying at this property. You won’t be disappointed! Thanks Sonny!!

The advertised photos of the home are a true depiction in person. The home is lovely, clean, and had everything we needed (spaciousness, a recreational room, pool). The neighborhood is quiet and the community itself is comprised of all lovely homes. My family and I had plans to travel to Tampa and visit other shopping attractions, but never left the home (only for grocery runs). Instead, we remained in the home spending quality family time together.

This was a late Christmas gift for my family. The property was so spacious and clean. Everyone had ample space to relax. The heated pool (during January weather) was a great place to unwind from all the attractions and activities of the day. There was a slight issue at the end of our stay with drainage but the property owner was prompt and courteous with repairs and accommodations. We will return for a warm vacation during the winter!

This villa was perfect for our large family. There were nine of us and there was room for everyone. All our questions or concerns were answered ASAP. Communication with the Host and property manager was excellent. We will absolutely rent this villa in the future.

We loved our stay at this villa. It was spacious, clean and perfect for our family trip. The pool was perfect to relax in after a busy day at the parks. Locally there is a supermarket as well as a couple of takeaways we would recommend. The villa had everything we needed. When we arrived the alarm had a fault and was beeping. The property manager came out at 9pm on a Saturday evening to disarm it- amazing service out of hours. This meant from our first night there we had a peaceful night’s sleep. Thank you

The kids liked the pool and game room the beds was a little hard the young people didn't have a problem just the older people in the group and one room tv Roku didn't work so that person was a little upset but all in all loved it and the younger people didn't like paying to park since you can only have 2 cars parked there and have to pay for the other ones.

Location is very convenient to Disney parks.

We stayed as a family of 6 adults for Easter 2022. The positives: The Villa itself is very spacious, we had enough room to move freely and not get in each other’s way. Lovely washing room, plenty of swim towels, normal towels, and hot water was always great. The games room is brilliant. The outside pool area is fantastic - lots of room, great seating areas and lots of sunbeds. Easy check in with the key collection. Excellent communication from the owner who was very responsive at all times. The pool area gets the sun all day long so is amazing for sunbathing, and the pool is very nice too. We had the pool heated but I’m not 100% in that kind of weather it’s necessary. You are also not overlooked at the back of the villa so is great for privacy. The supermarket is about a 7 min drive and the villa is great for accessing all the things to do in Orlando. The not so positives: The beds weren’t super comfy, and the villa in generally needs a bit of TLC. Kitchen was over equipped on certain items (lots of crockery) and under equipped on lots of other items (not a single wooden spoon!). Communication with the management company was incredibly poor. We didn’t think the villa was super clean when we arrived. Very little information in the villa on places to go etc. could do with a manual of some sorts. Confusion over a ‘welcome pack’ so make sure to arrange this prior to arrival. All in all we had a great stay at the villa and would certainly recommend!

Super quick responses from management! Lots of kitchen supplies. Decent beds. We stayed in April and got the heated pool. So worth it. Feels bigger than the pictures! Game room was a hit as well. The sound level stays pretty quiet even with adults staying up later than kids. Overall great stay and totally worth it.

Our 3rd time staying at this rental home. Has a beautiful pool, well stocked kitchen and lots of pool towels. Beds are comfy and plenty of room in house for family. Location is quiet and south facing pool gets sun all day.

Our family enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The home owner was quick to respond to all questions and even sent new pool cues when requested. Love all the en-suite bathrooms!!!

We had a wonderful time staying at this house. It was just like the pictures. If we needed anything Sonny and the property Manger were quick to respond and resolve anything we had questions about or needed! It was about 30 to 40 minutes to Disney. The pool was nice and having the heater was great with the cooler temperatures. Would stay again!

The house was in a great location and was centrally located. We were fairly close to Disney World and Universal Studios plus we spent a day at Clearwater Beach on the west coast and a day at Cocoa Beach on the east coast. We spent our reming days enjoying time at this lovely home we can't even imagine wanting to stay at a hotel after staying here. When planning your stay, I would suggest spending a day in the area around the home and doing a little shopping at (Publix Super Market it's only 5 minutes away) for the few necessities you'll need during your stay such as coffee and paper towels. I would suggest arranging for pool heat if you are staying anytime besides the summer months. It was quite warm during our stay (80's) but we found the unheated pool a little cool for us This home was one of the best parts of our vacation...we loved it!

The house was perfect for our family! Plenty of room and lots of things for the kids to do. They loved the game room and warm pool. Lots of comfortable seating in pool area. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking our meals. The property manager and owner were great to work with. They both responded immediately to our questions. We would definitely stay here again!!

The house is beautiful! The house cleaning was poor. FOUND BLOOD ON THE BLANKET ,ROACHES ALL OVER THE KITCHEN!!! SOME OF THE BED SLACKS WERE BROKEN... IVE BEEN TO ALOT OF ABNB AND NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS ... AFTER REACHING OUT TO THE OWNER IT TOOK HOURS TO RESPOND... THE TVS IN THE BEDROOM DOWN STAIRS DOES NOT WORK !! THEY CHARGE YOU FOR USING THE GRILL ... I WONT BE STAYING HERE AGAIN ... NO THANKS

Beautiful property awesome pool area the house was clean I mean CLEAN lots off room we really enjoined the property. The house was just the right amount of space for us and enjoyed all the living space outside. Great neighborhood and it was easy to get to all the theme parks and restaurants . We would LOVE to stay here again.

First let me say the house itself was exactly as pictured. It was very clean and the beds were quite comfortable. The house had plenty of room for my husband and I, our 3 children, their spouses, and 7 grandchildren. I would not recommend this property if you have young children. The alarm on the sliding glass doors to the pool worked fine but there wasn't a outside barrier to the pool. We have 2 grandchildren under the age of 2 and had to constantly keep them away from the edge of the pool when we sat outside. Also there is a glass coffee table in the living room. The ability to only park 2 cars at the house overnight was inconvenient. We were able to pay $10/night plus tax to park at the clubhouse but this was an unnecessary added expense and as I said inconvenient. I have rented multiple houses on VRBO for large groups and this is the first time I have run into this. Also if you have a large group the clubhouse only allows 6 people per address to use the swimming pool and water slides. (These last 2 things are not the property owners fault, but the HOA.) There were plenty of beach towels but only one washcloth per bathroom. One kitchen towel and one pot holder. There was a large hole in the screen surrounding the pool. I messaged the property manager when we arrived on Saturday. She said they were aware and it would be repaired that week. We left on the following Saturday and it was never repaired. The pool sticks were broken and the air hockey table has areas that the air does not work. The air conditioner in the game is a plus. For the most part we did enjoy the house but not Providence gated community.

My family and I enjoyed our stay, Ms. Karen was prompt in her responses the house was beautiful a few small issues but overall the stay was pleasant and the home was beautiful...

Not really sure the last time it had been cleaned. We wiped down everything with wipes due to Covid anyway. Many cobwebs and dust. Other than that, the stay was pleasant once we cleaned. Reached out to property management once, and they were very prompt with their response. Pool noodles or floats would be a nice addition. We went to Publix to purchase, so not a huge deal. The house is just like the pictures and in a very nice location. Pool area was loved by all. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great property overall!

Beautiful home..Excellent space for a large family.

We loved the house, very clean, loved the pool. We had 4 kids who loved getting in the pool after a long day at the parks. The house was just the right amount of space for us and enjoyed all the living space outside. Great neighborhood and it was easy to get to all the theme parks. We would stay here again.

Beautiful home and the perfect place to stay.

What a wonderful time my family and I had in this house. The property managers were very attentive and quick in responding. The pool was a hit for our kids!!! No one wanted to leave the house lol! It was just as the pics showed online and it was a blessing for our family to be together. This has nothing to do with the house but the parking was a little bit of a pain. Only two cars allowed. I look forward to booking in the future.

We enjoyed our time at the home, enjoyed the pool and the neighborhood. Only recommendation I have is for the home to have some essentials possibly like hand soaps, dishwashing pods, etc. other then that it had what we were looking for. Thanks

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, so much so, that we extended this trip and have already booked for a full month next January! The pool is fabulous!!!

Simon was great to work with and very responsive. The property itself has plenty of living space., lots of TVs and room to hang out. The side yard isn't huge but large to enough to play some games in. Think tailgating. Everything was clean surprisingly working just fine. The only caveat is that the sliding glass door to the back patio has an alarm on it. If the door is open, you have to hit a button next to the door every 15 seconds... When the weather outside was a perfect 70 degrees, like it was for me, this is VERY annoying. Other than that, absolutely no issues or complaints.
