Cedric at the front desk is amazing and very personable. His customer service skills are very impressive. The hotel is very laid back and would come back again.
A bigger fridge but not a problem with a little fridge too. An ice machine would have been nice.

Location on lovely Grand Case Beach, very close to many outstanding restaurants, nice boutique in hotel, staff kind, warm, helpful.

The location was great: close to the beach and close to excellent restaurants
We booked a Double Room with a Terrace, and thought at a beachfront hotel, that meant it would be facing the water, but that wasn't the case. Our room was on the opposite side of the building facing the road, and the terrace was just a walled in area on the ground floor with no views whatsoever. It was extremely noisy with cars driving past, people talking loudly and shouting, music playing, etc. Most mornings we were woken up around 6am when the street noise started. Be warned that if the room booking doesn't explicitly say "Sea View", then you will be on the street-side of the building.

Just breathtaking views, the room was pleasant, clean and unique. The rooms are beautiful and bed is very comfy! I would def come back here. The views from the second floor are stunning! The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Love Boutique Hotel is located in the heart of Boulevard Grand Case and its top-rated and local restaurants and boutiques. The hotel's design and architecture are simple and elegant, perfectly adapted to the Caribbean setting. Our room was spacious and inviting and, while it faced the street, it was perfectly quiet; we enjoyed watching the local activities while reading on the balcony and had a view of the sea and mountains through the window/shutters. To top it off, Muriel, the owner is exquisite and her welcoming smile infectious!

we did lose water one morning at the worst possible time. more hooks for wet towels and wet bathing suits would be ideal! small beach chairs would also be such a great addition

comfortable, spacious room with perfect view of the sea. beds were particularly comfortable! Muriel at reception was wonderful and so helpful. wish we could have stayed longer.

Too much traffic in front of the hotel, with no footpaths when walking to restaurants

Beach front, the coolest neighborhood in the island, near to restaurants, small shops, facilities and location.
Its really important to remember that the island and the people were hit by the Irma hurricane in 2017 and that fact left marks on the island. They are feet up again and still working to move their lives and let everyone comfortable and welcoming in the island.

Very stylish and comfortable. We were just in transit through St Martin an this was unexpected delight for that one overnight. I didn’t want to leave for my next flight !
The style - Caribbean meets Parisienne chic. Great bathrooms (2 in our duplex “suite”)! Generosity of the mini bar. Electric shutter on the skylight windows.
