We didn’t get to see property so I can’t comment.

We have booked this property for two days in August as we were traveling through Austria with my husband and two young children. I have not left a negative review before and it took some time for me to decide to go ahead. I believe, that other potential travellers need to be aware of their policy. I have noted that the check in is limited to two hour window, so on the morning of our stay, I requested slightly later check in. I received a messaged (potentially automated) with the new time for check in, so I assumed we can come later. However, when we came to the property we found abrupt message saying that we are late for check in and we won’t be allowed to stay. We had no response from the owner, we had no spare money to just go somewhere else and having two young children made this situation very stressful. I think this short window for check in can be difficult for many as there is no flexibility. We were not allowed in the next day either and needed up loosing all the money we pre paid for the accommodation for two nights. I am sure the place is pleasant to stay in, however please be aware that if you’re slightly late, due to flight delay or traffic ext, you will not be able to stay. I am very upset, that we could not resolve this with the owners at all. Perhaps leaving a key in safe box would spare future stressful situation for your customers.

The apartment is huge,located few minutes (by foot) from the Bergbahn (tram), that takes you directly to the Linz city centre and it rides every 30 or 15 minutes.Also the Grottebahn is near,which is great for kids,and the Jindrak Konditorei - the best linzer cake,a must try.The apartment has everything one can desire,it is perfectly equipped and clean.There is also a separate playroom for kids with toys-kids loved it. It is located in a residential,very quite area,with private parking (not in the street). Navigation takes you directly to the address and the self check-in was smooth and easy. Definitelly a very nice short holiday,we had a great time and we will hopefully be back.

We loved everything. Well equipped apartment, nicely decorated and very comfortable. It is very spacious! The neighbourhood is wonderful, great for an evening walk.

The apartment is very big, modem, clean and fully equipt. Very near a supermarket.

We have 3 kids and a baby and we all loved staying there! A new Eurospar supermarket is really close by. We would definitely stay there again.

New, which means no irritations, spacious which means no fights, silence which means good sleep.

At some strategic spots low ceiling for instance each time you enter the cooling you bump your head- just the first day and TV was not positioned with the sofa so you either watch TV or sit on a sofa. But a great spot to stay for few days.
