Absolutely gorgeous house with all the modern amenities one could want. The decor and layout could not have been more perfect and beautiful. The neighborhood is well manicured with impeccable landscaping. The house is located just minutes from all the amenities Poipu has to offer. You can't go wrong with this home.
The only minor suggestions I would make are to offer at least one cleaning for people staying a week or longer. We stayed 10 days and there was not cleaning offered. They do have cleaning supplies at the house but no vaccum or anything other than a small broom to clean sand etc. Additionally, the lawn chairs and outdoor furniture are starting to get mold.
Everything else was absolutely perfect. Definitely one of the nicest houses we have ever stayed at in all our years of vacationing.

Hale Leimomi was the perfect home for our family of 12! The home and the location couldn't have been better. The home is absolutely beautiful with gorgeous views from every room. The kitchen, the gathering areas, the beds, baths, all were wonderful. The outdoor areas were fantastic and beautiful. We spent lots of time outdoors in the Lanai, in the pool and around the pool. The home is in a fabulous, quiet neighborhood with easily accessible walking and running trails in every direction. We had absolutely everything we needed, along with beach gear, chairs, umbrellas, etc. This house was close to shopping, restaurants and to all the activities we desired. The concierge was excellent and took great care of us before our arrival as well. We cannot wait to stay here again!

Micro issuesWedidn’t have Spectrum so the TV was a bit over complicated.Would have been nice if we had contact during the power cut as we were a bit at a loss, but we phoned in.Blinds need to be more black out if possible.The Plantation Luau was expensive for what it was.

Amazing!! Out family of 8 people, including 2 kids, spent a magical 10 days in this fantastic home. Amazing location in Koloa with all the amenities a family needs for a stay on Kaua’i. The home is well stocked for beach trips, cooking large family meals, and enjoying a cup of coffee on the lanai. The pool is fantastic for kids and adults and the sunset views after an evening swim are some of our favorite memories. The concierge set us up with arrival groceries and with a fantastic photographer for family photos. Timely communication made the stay enjoyable. Very responsive to minor concerns during the stay. The 2 master suites were perfect for the adults and the kids loved the bunk room. We will definitely return to this wonderful home in a great quiet and relaxing location. Great access to all the local beaches!

This is a fabulous vacation villa that is well located in the Poipu area overlooking the golf course (back yard faces southwest, which was perfect for afternoon sun at the pool and sunsets). Online listing was accurate and the villa contains essential kitchen equipment for your stay. Ample beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, etc. was a bonus.

Perfect home for two families loved everything about our stay. My only feedback would be sufficient sun loungers for everyone as there are only 7, and ones with comfortable cushions. It would have been nice to have the maids come in at least once during our 8 days to switch out towels and linens, clean floors with 9 of us at the property it got dirty.

Our family of 12 had a fabulous one week stay at this lovely home. I highly recommend staying here. Everything was perfect. Beautiful home and garden, large kitchen and great living Room area, extremely comfortable beds. Our kids loved the huge bunk beds ( all 4 of them) The outdoor showers were nice plus. When we had a few questions we called the office and got help immediately. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. The house is in s gorgeous neighborhood, very quiet and close to shopping areas and 6 minutes from the beach. It has an outdoor TV ( in the covered patio) huge bar-b-q and very large outdoor dining table. The pool and jacuzzi were both great. We all had a fabulous, relaxing stay at this home. The location is great and the house has EVERYTHING you could possibly want and need.

Our entire experience was amazing! We had excellent responsiveness and communication with the rental agency the entire stay. The accommodations were eexceptional comfy bedding, well equipped kitchen, great appliances, clean pool, good AC and beautiful landscaping. Chairs and towels and cooler a huge plus!
We wish there had been a separate beverage fridge (we were given another cooler for that purpose). Little bit of trouble keeping the temperature consistently cool in all rooms at night. But truly an incredible home and we would stay there again in a heartbeat!

We rented this incredibly beautiful property for a week for my 70th birthday. My 2 sons, their wives, 4 grandchildren 4 years of age and younger and my husband and I had plenty of room to spare in this fabulous house. We rarely left the property because it was so beautiful and comfortable. The house, the pool, the view were truly amazing. There wasn’t one single thing that we wanted or needed that wasn’t provided. The property management company was excellent as well. It really was the best birthday I’ve ever had.

Probably one of the best vacations we’ve had. The concierge team was the best. They were always available and made our stay so easy. The house was spectacular and in immaculate condition. We and our family will always remember this vacation as one we will never forget.

Our whole family (8 adults, two 2 year olds and a 2 month old) loved this gorgeous home with 4 beautiful private en-suite bedrooms including 2 lovely outdoor showers. The spacious kitchen and indoor and outdoor dining areas were luxurious. The Wailani Kauai professional hosts were very responsive when assistance was required. It's located in a quiet neighborhood a short 5-10 minute drive or 15-20 minute walk to beaches and shopping.

Perfect home for a family vacation
This home is like a private resort. The layout allows people to have their private space while allowing easy access to common areas (living room, dining room and kitchen). The lanai and backyard are absolutely gorgeous with views of the golf course and ocean. The pool and hot tub are great for all ages. There are even surprises like outdoor showers outside the master suites. The home is located in a neighborhood that allows easy access to local shopping and beaches in Poipu. As an added bonus we were treated to numerous rainbows in the back yard.

My extended family and I enjoyed a wonderful trip to Kauai. Th house was clean, easy to live in so to speak. Everyone had space and togetherness as needed, kids loved the bunk room and pool.

So hard to leave…
We were two families with 4 adults and 6 teens. The house was exactly as described. Beautiful, clean, well-stocked. Communication was excellent. Loved the location. We have no complaints and would happily book again.
