It exceeded all my expectations thanks Sophie for the place .

We were looking forward to our first time experience in the Poconos for the summer, however upon our arrival, we were extremely frustrated and stressed since the air conditioner didn’t work in the two bedrooms and the heater was on and we were not able to control the thermostat and had no choice, but to sleep In the livingroom on pull out sleeper (not comfortable) and luckily we brought a blow up mattress just in case. The owner was quick to respond back and sent a technician out right away and was told the company was really good. The technician came out right away and replaced the thermostat. (Still not fixed) He came out second time and replaced thermostat and said it was fixed and the heat was shut off. Not the case because the heat came back on and disrupted our sleep for a second night! The owner did offer to come out and replace thermostat on their own, however we chose not to deal with it and wanted to enjoy the rest of our stay . It was cooler outside, however there were not a lot of screens in the condo to allow fresh air in. If your door is open, be prepared for the 6:20 am dumpster arrival which wakes you up from a dead sleep! Also disappointed to not be informed ahead of time that the lake was not accessible and that the dam was not released and that the levels were low and no swimming allowed. Could not even put our feet in water! Overall, at least offer a discount or partial refund for our aggravation and inconvenience. It should have been offered. Very disappointed in our stay. Glad to be home now.

Love the lake view, host was very good at answering everything. Will go there again!

The townhouse was a perfect getaway for us! Easy access to many attractions in the area. Unfortunately the water levels at Boulder Lake were low due to repairs at a dam, but we were able to use the pool.

This property was very clean and stocked with the every day essentials. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved how close it was to restaurants also to the mountains to ski daily. Very happy with our stay as we will definitely be renting this house again soon.

The property was nice and as listed. It was a very quiet and laid back getaway for the weekend. Beautiful time of year to be in the Poconos. The owner is great and responded to my questions very quickly. Restaurants are within minutes! We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Very cute house. We enjoyed our weekend here. Spent the day at Jim Thorpe which was about 20 minutes away then grilled and used the fireplace at night. I would recommend!

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful restful stay. The home was as described but unfortunately the weather was uncooperative. Even so, we drove into Jim Thorpe and enjoyed the town as well as many good restaurants in the area. We would return in a heartbeat.

Great location for access to Jim Thorpe hiking and Hickory Run National Park.

I booked the trip as a birthday getaway for my significant other but it was admittedly just as much a gift for me. I grew up going to Lake Harmony and had never even SEEN Boulder Lake. The property’s location between the two lakes is wonderful, and is just a short walk to get food or coffee or a drink, and an even shorter drive to get groceries or gas. The property is actually part of a larger development which includes a beach and pool area, which I did not know going in. There’s a nice restaurant just a 2 minute walk up the gravel path that sits on the water. The home itself was immaculate, very clean, and well stocked. I always like to bring my own soaps and whatnot, but Sophie (the owner) left us with an abundance of towels, sheets, blankets, spices, k-cups for the coffee maker and even a TIKI TORCH!! There are two grills, one gas and one charcoal with lighter fluid and coals on hand. We grilled the first night and made a big breakfast the following morning in the very roomy kitchen (which includes a dishwasher). There’s not much I can’t say about this place, from the two bathrooms, two bedrooms, giant bathtub and comfortable sitting area. Plus a washer dryer? The only thing I was disappointed in was that I came in the summer because I would have LOVED to use the fireplace!! Gives me a reason to come back! Will definitely be returning. Amazing property and location! Sophie was so helpful and accommodating. I had originally booked 2 nights, but wanted to add another day. Sophie got back to me right away and arranged another day to book. When she realized i double paid the cleaning fee, she reached out to me letting me know she would refund me. I would've never realized and really appreciated her honesty. Cabin was immaculate and Sophie gave us an early check-in. She also provided us with lake and pool passes. Restaurant is also on site. Loved how open the cabin was too, had a rustic yet modern feel for it. It was exactly what we were looking for and will definitely be back!

We enjoyed staying in this house. The check in was easy. Sophie was very helpful and readily available in case we had any questions or small issues. House is upkept and clean. The kitchen has all the necessary small appliances. The lake is close by and the Big Boulder beach is within 5 -7 min walking distance. Overall wery positive experiance.
