The creek is beautiful. Quiet location. Convenient washer and drier on site, but outside. Clean kitchen.

Needed a thorough deep cleaning and hygiene maintenance routine. Cloth seats, couches were dirty, stained and smelled of fried food. Bed linens were clean, but not all pillows were. Dead bugs on window sills. Tops of floor boards were dirty. Walls were scuffed, some stains. Cobwebs on walls and high windows. Master bathtub was slippery and had peeling non-skid stickers. Master bath needed new caulking. 2 garbage cans outside- 1 was halfway full when we got there. 4 cacti on high dusty shelf above master shower. 3 of the 4 looked dead.

My husband and I rolled to the center of the bed. We flipped it but it wasn't any better. Need a new mattress. Also, the coffee pot was broken. Had to hold the release the whole time it brewed. One towel per person for 5 days. Shouldn't have to do laundry on vacation. For $1500, I expected better.
