The main thing this Villa has going for it is the location. Very close to one of the best beaches on Menorca and all the local restaurants and bars a stones throw away. The pool was very nice and well maintained. The villa itself is a little shabby and the quality of the fixtures and fittings is mediocre making it expensive for what we paid albeit peak season. The pool table is in bad repair. The showers were good and no shortage of hot water.

One bed room was really unusable as there was a smell of cat urine in it. We asked for this to be cleaned but no one showed up. After the holiday the Villa owners were not prepared to make a gesture for this inconvenience, monetary or otherwise.

The location was fantastic, with stunning sea views & great facilities. It exceeded our expectations.
