The breakfast was excellent compared to other hotels we have stayed in. We stayed for 2 days and the breakfast the following day was different from the first day, we loved that Hampton changed it up. The woman at the front desk was awesome, she remembered our names and called us by name when we returned from a wedding reception we attended.
The toilet in our room kept running and didn't flush properly.

very clean and new. Nice aesthetic and room lay out.
had trouble logging on to the wifi to work remotely. All the toilets in the room did not work for the first 2 night of my stay. Manager was gracious enough to give 10,000 Hilton points and credit back $50. But I felt he should have credited back more since I paid over $600 for 3 nights and 2 of the nights I could use the toilet in my room.. Very inconvenient having to go to McDonald's and race trace gas station or go to my family house in Tampa to use the bathroom.

It was a newly built hotel.
We arrived late at 1:30 am. The guy on staff was asleep in the lobby, and I had to repeatedly call the hotel to try to rouse him. We woke up to ants all over the surfaces. When we approached the hotel staff, they told us the ants come out when it rains. The pool is pretty much in the parking lot, so we didn’t use that. The breakfast was gross. If it wasn’t close to family, I would have left.

Breakfast was amazing! Room was beautiful and spacious. It was immaculate everywhere. Loved the toiletries! Great location for places to visit on our vacation! Would stay again!
The only issue we had was the third night. During that day, a painter was there, and the fumes from the paint permeated to the entire building. Our room in the 4th floor was unbearable. My husband was sick from the smell, and I had a terrible headache. We ended up sleeping in our car. We are hoping for some compensation for that night.

The staff was so nice and friendly. The hotel is kept very clean for the most part and our room was honestly great! The free breakfast was delicious and definitely a plus. I loved that they offer shower gel since most hotels don’t, and they had a great set up for the shampoo and conditioner, it was parben free and sulfate free and etc; that was definitely great and it smelled amazing! Definitely will book again next year!

Stuff in the bathroom and the shower faucet was a tiny bit loose, nothing really that bothered me too much, i honestly would 1000% stay here again😁!
