Stanza molto grande e bella, panorama stupendo sul mare, villaggio molto bello e curato in generale. Personale della reception professionale e cortese. Possibilità di prenotare le escursioni e i mezzi di trasporto (bici etc) in loco. Colazione top.

Ragni e formiche nelle stanze, di grande disagio per chi è aracnofobico come me! Navetta unica con 8 posti ma richieste solitamente superiori che costringono a prendere taxi a pagamento. Il personale dovrebbe ricordare agli ospiti con bambini che è un resort e non un parco giochi (tuffi in piscina nonostante il divieto, schiamazzi continui etc.) pertanto andrebbero prontamente richiamati perlomeno i genitori.

The property was beautiful, but the rooms need major updating.

The location is beautiful and the pool is great

We received disappointing service from staff. We waited more than 1 and a half hours for the free shuttle bus at the port and tried contacting staff via multiple listed contact numbers to ask where it was picking guests up from and the contact numbers either didn’t work or rung out. After we had to pay for a taxi to arrive and explained to the staff what had happened, a lady at reception told us that it was our fault because other people had managed to find the bus. We were disappointed with her attitude and service. She told us we needed to book the restaurant for dinner before 6pm which we tried to do and then were told the restaurant was fully booked. We also tried to hire a scooter and were left waiting for 10 minutes from the staff member who forgot about us and then were told the scooters were not available. Thankfully a staff member offered us a 20 euro discount on a limited menu at the restaurant for the inconvenience which we appreciated. However when we arrived for dinner the restaurant was visibly empty and did not look full at all. The food was disappointing also. As beautiful as the location is, we had booked this place for my partner’s birthday and were overall disappointed in the service.

Beautiful location, great for families. Plenty to do at the resort . My kids really enjoyed their time at Mangia’s.

AC didn’t function properly in 3 out of 4 rooms. Some of the staff was young and very rigid. For example at dinner when I ordered a drink at the pool restaurant I was told they wouldn’t serve it there because they are a restaurant not a bar… (the bar was 10 steps away. ) Luckily the manager was walking by and instructed the young waiter on how to get a drink for the customers… this type of thing kept happening… I’m sure it’s difficult to train new employees…

We like the ease of renting an e-bike to get to Cala Rossa. The room was big and comfortable. The sunset view is stunning and the pizzas delicious.

The housekeeping knocked on our door at 9am the morning we were checking out and then again at 9.30am when we had until 10am to get out. They also have lots of bees around during breakfast and they have set traps right by the tables it’s a little odd.

Well laid out, simple and clean. Lots of Italians and that ‘local’ feel was a good thing.
