The property is near a number of cool restaurants. The tub is luxurious I recommend bringing you bath supplies. The space is clean and cute. Checking in was easy.

First off, I don't have a problem with the listing or the property manager per se. What I will detail are the things that aren't listed that directly relate to this rental and our experience. *Access: this is a 100+ year old house that has been preserved for the most part. The stairs up and onto the porch are old, narrow, and tall. If you have people up in age or with mobility issues then this is probably not a good location. *Noise: This is anything but a quiet getaway! There is train noise, and I mean REAL train noise, at least 5 times from 10pm till 6am, then even more after those hours. It is close and it is loud! Traffic noise is also added onto the top of that. Plus, during our stay, the upstairs apartment people were obviously running a marathon back and forth to their toilet pretty much all evening. How did I know it was a toilet? You'll hear that flush down the wall as well. *Sleeping: Since pretty much none of that happened during our stay, be aware the bed is a stiff Ikea mattress that offers little in the way of comfort unless you like a rock hard bed. I curled up on the couch with 4 pillows and a blanket over my head and managed to get a few zzz's. Overall, it's an interesting old southern home chopped up into rental units and needs some better care. If you want a quiet hideaway and some calm sounds, look elsewhere. This isn't that.

The property was lovely! A very quiet neighborhood with an AMAZING bathroom. I could have stayed in there the entire time! The host was amazing, accommodating a later check out for us. Check in was a breeze. When we go back to GA, we will definitely be using this rental again!

This property was pretty much exactly as pictured. It was a great spot for what I needed (getting daughter settled in at a nearby university). The neighborhood was great for walking around. And was pleasantly surprised to find a Gone With the Wind museum within walking distance. I thoroughly enjoyed the gorgeous tub almost every night. There was a hot water issue one day, but Greg was on it in no time and the hot water was back quickly. One suggestion, as someone that loves to cook - it’s one of the reasons I choose to stay at a vacation rental instead of a hotel, I would highly recommend some better knives, pots and pans. What’s there is ok, but not great for regular cooking.

This was a cute three-room hide-away. It was great for relaxing and for working. Wifi worked well. Place was clean and shower was great! Was able to walk for my Starbucks each day. Only down-side was that the major road was extremely busy at all times throughout the day.

This apartment is in a great location when you want to explore Marietta Square or visit the city of Atlanta. Greg was very responsive when we had questions or needed help with the amenities. Would recommend this place to friends/family.

Convenient, clean, updated and cozy.

Very nice stay. The floors were beautiful. The kitchen and bedroom were nice and roomy. My husband enjoyed the rain head shower. I did a load of clothes and that was very convenient. The walk-in closet was great for organization of our packed items. We will stay here again while visiting kids and grands. Things that could improve the set up would be; new pillows and a comfort/ taller toilet.

The process to rent this apartment was easy , no problems. Greg responded quickly each time I texted. His pictures and directions were extremely helpful!

The rental was very clean with decorated nicely. The surrounding neighborhood was felt safe and was close to Marietta Square. There wasn’t a separate living room, but the bedroom was set up in a way that you really didn’t need one. They provided a lot of extra touches in case you forgot anything, which we found very thoughtful. We would stay here again!

What a pleasant stay. This apartment is roomy, with tall ceilings and though just three rooms (large kitchen with dining area, bedroom with sitting area, and sizable bath with separate tub and shower), it's plenty. And the rocking-chair porch is a plus as well. Stylishly done, and it all looked freshly installed, recently painted and/or refinished. Cupboards and bath were mostly well stocked but we could have used more dinnerware/glassware, and a few more basic kitchen items (we cooked a few meals there). But Gregory brought over some replenishments while we were away one day. The location is on the modest side overall; however, security wasn't a big concern and you are literally just 4-5 blocks from downtown Marietta's lively village square (and terrific restaurants). Great communication with Gregory throughout -- highly recommended.

This was such a lovely quaint apartment to spend the weekend in! I absolutely loved the claw foot tub and rain shower! We were able to walk to downtown Marietta in 5 mins! In addition, the owners have paid so much detail that we felt right at home! I highly recommend this listing and can not wait to stay there again!
