My family loved the home. Home had everything you could think of needing. Communication with owner was excellent. Will definitely come back.

This house was perfect for our Labor Day weekend with friends. The host called ahead of time to let us know the water level was down in Lake Hartwell so we wouldn't be able to dock our boat. The marina was a short 3 minute drive away. The space was perfect for everyone. We had such a great time being together.

This property really is family and pet friendly. Quiet and private location. The hosts were very gracious. The area is very family friendly with many things to do with kids . A slew of state parks in the area also. This house was very clean and stocked with anything you may need. We stayed with a group of 11. Comfortable and felt like home. We will be back again!

It is a wonderful property. We came in the summer and loved being on the lake. Dogs loved the yard.
Only thing to pass on to potential visitors is that the dock is at the back of a cove, pay attention to water levels in the lake. Water level dropped and left the dock with almost no water at the end of the week. This is in no way in control of the property owner but definitely something to consider if you are bringing a boat. Ours is a large center console so smaller boats may be less effected. Over all great property and would stay again if lake levels are up.

Our group of ten had a great time at this vacation home. The lake was low so we never went down to the dock. We were there for an outdoor concert, and it was a short drive into town.
I wouldn't recommend the lower-level sofa bed for older adults but it's probably fine for kids and younger folks. We enjoyed the outdoor deck, corn hole and our entire stay. The home was really clean with plenty of fluffy towels, TP, etc.
It looked very pet friendly with an outdoor ramp that went into the fenced-in back yard.

This property is perfectly located at the end of the road with no traffic or noise. The house is beautiful, accommodating and clean with everything you need. The only thing I could critique is the description for parking. It was very hard to park three vehicles and two boats without staying off the grass, as requested by the property owner. Other than that, we loved it and would highly recommend!

Perfect property for our family while celebrating our daughter’s wedding. We were 10 minutes from Edgewood, a lovely venue, and the lake kept the guys busy while we took care of wedding details. The grandchildren loved the playhouse, and the house setup worked well for the older folks to be upstairs while the younger folks could entertain themselves downstairs.

The words don't do justice to the beauty and peacefulness of this place. Very quite and private. Beautiful view of the lake with fish that like to eat worms. Kayaks were a great way to get around on the water if you like exploring.

We had such a great time relaxing at this amazing home. Easy to get to but far enough that it feels quiet and secluded. Cozy fireplace, dog towels, games and internet. Everyone had time together and space to be apart. It rained one day so we weren't able to enjoy the water too much but we'll be sure to take advantage of the kayaks, outdoor fire pit and more. It's great that the whole back is fenced in so letting the dogs outside was easy. The kitchen is small but has everything you need to make food for the hungry family. Comfortable beds, extra towels... really, this place had it all. Thank you!

The Lakehouse was very nice and had everything we needed. Kitchen had all the pots, pans and items needed for cooking. Enjoyed the firepit area and porches. House was nicely decorated and comfortable.
We would love to stay again in the future for another Clemson game weekend!

I rented this cabin for a small family holiday party and it absolutely exceeded our expectations! From the booking to the check in to the stay, Ashley was awesome, and everything was amazing and stress-free! My favorite feature was the outdoor bar, it was perfect to set up a drink station! The big island bar in the kitchen was perfect size for a charcuterie board display and the amount of bar space for crockpots and any other foods you might have is endless! I also loved how most bedrooms were downstairs so you can have your event upstairs and block off the downstairs and not worry about your stuff! The big wraparound porch is perfect for guests to lounge and mingle, and has a whole side just for cornhole!!! The firepit is a great way to end the night off, plenty of chairs, and it’s paved all the way around! All in all I recommend this place to any large family, or just a fun weekend with your friends!

Would 100% stay again. We came for a Clemson game. Location was awesome. Don’t be deterred by turning onto the off ramp of 85. It is two way. We passed it a few times (in the dark) bc my husband didn’t believe me. My children loved the kids room the first night but then said the beds were hard and wouldn’t sleep there the second night. However, there were plenty of couches to sleep. Just a perfect cabin.

We were in town for the first home Clemson football game of the season, and to see our freshman son. Two families stayed here and we were very happy with the property. It was well-maintained and appointed with lots of space for all of us. The boys particularly liked the back deck area. I appreciated the nicely stocked kitchen as we made a few tailgating items on Saturday morning, and it had everything you could possibly need. We highly recommend this property!

We surprised my mom with a 70th birthday lake weekend! The house quite comfortably house my parents and our family of 4, including a 14 and 17 year old. We all had plenty of space. Everything in the home was very clean and the upgraded bathrooms were nice. We also took two small dogs, and the fenced in property was great. The very large deck was great to grill out, eat outside, and play cornhole. The only issues we had were the walk to the lake was very steep, and my dad has knee issues, which made it a bit difficult for him to comfortably go up and down the hill. Also, this time of year, that area of the lake is exremely shallow. It was probably about 2-3 feet deep at the dock, which made it tricky to get in and out our pontoon, BUT my dad and husband put their heads together, and we did it! However, the shallow water was fine for paddle boating and kyaking. You were not able to swim at this dock. We also enjoyed roasting birthday smores in the fire pit. Overall, it is a beautiful and relaxing house. Perfect for a family get away!

Our stay was wonderful. The house and property were absolutely beautiful. Easy walk to the dock with concrete path. Nice kayaks and paddle boat. Caught nice bass and catfish from the dock. The house was well stocked for cooking. The rooms were spacious. Fantastic firepit with comfy chairs. Nice washer and dryer. Owners had great proactive and responsive communication. Its obvious this property is well cared for by the owners. Absolutely no complaints.

We went on vacation to this beautiful home with 11 people. It was a great location, well equipped and completely fit our needs. There were a few things we wished it had had in the kitchen (more storage bowls and a better can opener) but overall loved the property. Ashley was great to work with and answered all my questions. We would totally go back!

We were in town for a national championship on Lake Hartwell. This house suited our needs perfectly. We were close to several boat ramps, a bait shop, grocery stores, and ice dispensers…..things important to fishermen 😊
Ashley was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with.
We hope to return again the next time our fishing schedule brings us back to Hartwell.

We all had a great time! Ashley was very helpful in answering any and all of the questions that we had. The entire house was very clean and had everything that we needed! We loved that the dock was on the quiet end of the lake so that our children could easily play in the water. It was nice that she provided kayaks and a pedal boat. We would definitely recommend this house!

By far the best rental we have stayed in on Lake Hartwell. Clean, amenities were beyond expectations, pets loved the fenced in yard, kitchen very well stocked and communication with owners could not have been any faster. Thank you for sharing your home.

Our family loves this property! This is the second time we have stayed and I know it won't be the last. Ashley thinks of everything to serve her guests. The house is well stocked with anything you might need for your vacation. The house is clean and homey and comfortable. The giant yard is great for the dogs. The dock and waterfront area are awesome. Ashley goes above and beyond to serve! Thank you for a great stay.

House is a great size for multigenerational gathering. Clean, with plenty of areas for fun. Enjoyed the fire pit for smores. Walk to and from dock is challenging, but we sure enjoyed the water. Loved the porch and dogs had nice area to run around.

My family and I had a wonderful stay here. The inside was very nice including all your necessities. The property manager was very helpful. We truly enjoyed our time on the lake. This was beyond our expectations.

This home is amazing. Something for everyone in the family. The playhouse for the kids is what sold me on this VRBO because our 6 young Grandchildren were with us. Ample space for our family of 12. So private. Game room, toys for kids and adults, 2nd kitchenette downstairs, concrete path to the lake, excellent dock and much more. Fire pit and tiki hut with TV to relax outside. Tables to eat on the huge wrap around deck. Massive lot. Ample parking. And, the host was always available via phone or text, if needed. Immediate responses before, during and after the trip. So kind and helpful. This will be our only VRBO site on Lake Hartwell going forward!

Couldn't ask for anything more from this beautiful lake house. Owner is great. We had an issue with the garbage disposal and I msg the owner and they were able to get a handyman out that day to fix it.

This property is beautiful. The house had everything we needed and then some. We were in the Clemson area for my daughter's graduation from Clemson. The house was close enough to campus but felt remote. We rented a pontoon boat the day before graduation and were able to dock at the house to load and unload both provisions and people. The yard was very spacious and fenced in so my two small dogs were very happy. The house was clean. The kitchen was supplied with plenty of pots and pans and dishes for a large family meal post graduation. The beds were very comfortable.
Our last night there, we had a great backyard fire with smores! I cannot say enough positive things about our experience. My only complaint is that we didn't make our stay long enough. Thank you for helping to make graduation week even more special.
