Good location. The kitchen was good. Renovated apartment.

The owner did not respond to messages. We had to call to get information about the keys. The apartment was not child-friendly. The apartment had a facade renovation, which had not been announced in advance. The apartment was dirty and dusty in places.

Fully furnitured and equipped flat with separate bed rooms. Parking in front of the house.

Very steep stairs to the entrance door.

I had to call the host instead of getting information prior to arrive at the location. The apartment was NOT cleaned at all. Only the bed was clean! There were renovating works at the house outside - noisy during day time. Outside aspect of the property was awful. (see pictures)

Great location, just a five minutes walk to the centre. Inside the apartment is modern, spacious and very clean. The facilities are excellent with plenty of supplies including coffee pods. Easy parking outside the property.

We received the check in details at 1630, which was 30 minutes after check in time, and even then it didn’t advise the street number or which apartment we were in, so we had to call the owner to get the full information . It would be helpful to have some information in the apartment such as where the washing machine is, and translating the washing machine’s buttons into English.

Well organized and clean. It was warm and friendly with nice decoration but not overcrowded. Kitchen well equipped. White crisp bed sheets. A great location.

Everything about the property was nice but we were unlucky that the dryer was broken at the time we were there.

Nice, modern but also cozy designed apartment near the center of Akureyri. Fully equipped kitchen (with dolce gusto and dishwasher as well), big TV, comfortable sofa and bed. It is perfect for one night or long stay.

We had little problem with keys, but we solve it very quickly by the telephone, owner picked up the phone immediately.

Nice location within Akureyri. The flat has modern furniture and the Wifi good. There was a free parking right infront of the house.

Please look on the detailed description of the apartment before you book. There are two different apartements in this building. The one-bedroom is located in the basement. It was smaller than expected from the pictures. There was no dishwasher nor TV despite the description. This is only available in the upper apartment. We were lucky that we received the check in code from the cleaner we met in from of the building. The official mail we have received quite late when we asked for the heating. Windows could not be closed fully.

The apartement has a nice location - all stores of Akureyri are in walking distance. The flat has modern furniture, f.e. a cozy bed. Wifi is fast and strong. There was a free parking right infront of the house. The shower was really good and instantly hot! :)

There was no dishwasher nor TV despite the description. This is maybe only available in the two-bedroom apartement. Also, the pans could have been cleaner. We have received the check-in code quite late and couldnt reach the owner via e-mail before our stay. We had to call to get the check-in instructions.

Very nice, comfortable, and modern apartment. Plenty of space for 2 adults and 3 children! Easy 5 min walk to downtown area and close to public pool! Free and close parking.
