The apartment is new and comfortable.

Upon arrival, we had problems with the check-in and the key code to enter the apartment. It took around 5 hours and asking help from neighbors to contact the management team to solve this issue. We heard from neighbors that problems with the keys were common there. If you're coming from abroad, like I did, be sure you'll arrive during office hours to avoid this type of situation (I arrived during regular office hours, but they had informed me on that day the office would close earlier). Other problems also happened throughout my stay, like internet connection malfunction and the elevator stopping for a day. We got a compensation and apology from the management team. I hope the company will invest a little more on the check-in system and expand options for emergency contact.

The flat was super cool and well equipped. Definitely recommend!

very comfortable bed. relatively spacious bathroom with large shower. kitchen corner adequately equipped even with dishwasher. I can only recommend to everyone

room clean and comfy, you have everything you need to prepare food or relax, location is very good also, near to highway and city centre

Internet connection was pretty bad, at most times it was even not appearing at all

trash bin was still full. Cups were not clean

Kitchenette was usefull, great service and friendly staff

The room faced the busy street to the south so opening the windows to cool the room, allowed so much noise in you could not talk and be heard. It was too warm or too loud. WeWash was useful but complicated.
