Our stay was nice but it would have been great to have know upfront that there was work being done on the resort. Pool was closed as there was only 5 tubes for the lazy River. Our condo was not very clean! We had to ask for clean sheets and we cleaned off the cigarette butts from the balcony. The place needed a deep clean for sure.

Our condo was perfect for what we want out of a vacation. Excellent beach access, clean building, and easy access to parking garage. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked with linens. The kitchen had everything we needed when we were cooking. I loved the huge crock pot! The condo was far enough away from the hustle and bustle of myrtle beach itself but close enough for us to drive a short distance and enjoy restaurants, shopping and attractions. There was some renovation work being done on some of the other condos so the noise from that was aggravating from time to time. And the parking area directly under the building was closed for the renovations as well as the large outdoor pool. The only real complaint i had was that most od the beds were super uncomfortable and seem to be in need of some new mattresses. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our trip.

The property is very clean, with the amenities, great ocean view and plenty of room for 3 couples. We have ben well please both trips with the property. Unfortunately they started some construction and closed the pool area and entrance lot after we arrived. This was a bummer and real in convent when trying to load up to leave. But all and all the stay was great. North Beach Realty is very easy to work with. Check in and check out is simple. We arrived late after hours, but our check in packet with all info was in the lock box with our name on it. I'm sure we will be back and work with North Beach.

The owner needs to be more involved with issues of the property, such as replacing beds. I was told that the washer and dryer were being replaced on the day after we departed. North Beach Reality gets a 10 for their assistance with issues during our stay.

Great location. Very spacious condo. More than enough room for our family of 5. Only 2 negatives were that the bar stools still had food and crumbs all around the cushions, which was gross, and the microwave wouldn't heat. Nevertheless, once property management was alerted, a handyman came promptly with a new, free-standing microwave to get us through, and he also vacuumed and cleaned the stools. Overall, we had a great time.

We loved the condo, plenty of room for our whole family, easy walk to and from the beach and pools. Loved the balcony with ocean view! We had some issues with some items, a broken lamp, TV didn't work, dryer wasn't drying, but we called it in and got great response time, it was handled within a day. Check out time was at 10:00 cleaning people were standing right outside our door, before 10:00 waiting on us to leave, I understand that they need to get the room cleaned for the other guest, but we had until 10 to check out, felt very rushed. We left behind two items, a coffee cup & air purifier and when we called about it we were told no one could check to see if the items were still there until the other guest checked out. Hopefully we can get our belongings back.

The dishwasher had dishes in it and we weren't sure if they were clean or not. We stayed 2 weeks and were only provided 2 dishwashing tablets, 1 paper towel roll, and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom. I know that was communicated however, if you stay 2 weeks you would think there would be more. The couch had goldfish crackers falling out onto the floor and one of the bathroom showers had long dark hair all over the walls. Parking is a huge issue if you have anyone in your party that can't get around well. There are only 2 handicapped parking spots next to the condo. The rest of the parking is across the street. I feel that it would be very helpful if the 1st floor of the condo were reserved for handicap guestsI would like to say that the management staff were very nice and professional. We had an issue with the coffee maker & they replaced it right away, which was very nice. We really enjoyed our nightly ice cream from Mr. G's. Highly recommend them!

The property is as advertised. It was comfortable for our family of ten. Everything worked and there were no issues during our stay. The cleanliness of the property upon our arrival did not meet our expectations. We vacuumed the entire condo. We also purchased Windex and wiped down many surfaces that had hand or fingerprints on them. If not for the cleanliness issues we would have rated this a 5.

We liked this this property.

Overall stay was nice. After finally getting the dryer fixed, it was not heating and could not do laundry, which I had planned to do. Rooms could use some updating. Beds need better support, mattresses sag and pillows are completely flat.

We had plenty of dishes and the smart TV was nice. And of course you can’t beat the balcony and proximity to the ocean.We had issues with the dryer timer not working and when you would open the dishwasher the whole machine would slightly come out. One of our group had to the wash the sheets in her room because they were dirty upon check in, and one of the bathroom sinks started leaking underneath and soaked our belongings.Overall it was a great stay and we would stay here again!

It was overall a good value. It would have been nice to know about work being completed on-site. 1. 2 out of the 3 elevators being down and 2. The lazy river pool being drained and being worked on. The condo itself was a nice layout, had everything we needed, and a fantastic view!

The condo had everything you could need, even a crock pot and large stock pot. Very nicely decorated.

Place was great. Nice location. The only thing was the dishwasher. It was completely loaded and wasn't working, had to be unloaded and washed by hand.

Beds could use some upgrading, but they were good enough. It's vacation...not home! The kitchen was well equipped. Could have used some containers with lids for left overs. We are budgeters and cook in a lot. We had an issue with the air conditioning not cooling well enough. They were there right away to access the issue and came back and actually replaced the entire air conditioning unit. My daughter was 34 weeks pregnant...we needed it to be COLD! lol Loved having 3 bathrooms as 6 out of the 9 of us are women! The beach out from the high rises at Crescent Shores were really crowded. Overall, a great stay. Would definitely consider staying here again. daughters fairytale came true...her boyfriend proposed to her on the beach!

We had a Girl Friends Week at this property. Check in was seamless. The cleanliness of the property, entryway, lobby, and pool areas were constantly being cleaned. The staff was amazing and very friendly. The beach was awesome. Beach chairs and umbrellas could be rented daily or weekly. We loved being away from the downtown area but could get there easily. Close to many restaurants and activites.

Not very good. Was not told about a parking garage ACROSS the street that we would have to use. Kitchen poorly stocked with utensils, etc., one bed broken, extremely bright lights at night for front bedrooms. Do not recommend this place. Too small of a pool for the size of two buildings. Out of 3 elevators, one was not working the entire week we were there. Have not heard back from Realty Comp to be sure they received all our pool wristbands, you will have to pay $15 per wristband not returned so beware.

The condo we stayed in had everything we needed! It was a spacious 3-bedroom condo with a large balcony. You must bring paper towels, toilet paper, dish soaps as they provide only starters and no laundry detergent. It would be helpful that they notified us of this. Lots of rules but we actually appreciated it as it does keep the place clean and keeps out wild parties. We will be back!!!

The rooms are in a great facility and it was in a awesome location. The facility at security and maintenance crew showed up same day when requested. I would book another stay here again in the future!

Although we had to draw straws on who got the Master, All the other rooms were just as nice. The Condo was clean and well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, bowls, cookie trays, and Blender. Each bathroom was stocked with assorted towels. We enjoyed the balcony the most where we would sit around the round table and play cards. The property was always clean. Having the grocery baskets and luggage carts were perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I actually left my soft cooler in one of the grocery baskets and ran back panicked and asked a very nice gentleman (I think he was in charge) who had asked the other workers there if anyone had found it. Sure enough it was in the break room. Needless to say I was elated! The staff at North Reality were great, especially Tristan!We would Definitely return to this unit/condo property.
